Todo, menos un problema que me ocurrió en el check in.

Cons:

La manera del check in. Me explico, el método de autocheckin es muy bueno y cómodo. ¿Qué problema me encontré? Que la habitación se había reservado para dos personas, y viajaba yo solo. Cuando completé mis datos, no me dejaba obtener la tarjeta de la habitación, hasta no meter los datos de la segunda persona. No hay forma de saltar ese paso. Llame al número de teléfono, y sale una centralita que no me resolvió absolutamente nada. Solución… meter los datos de mi novia, que no viajo, ni se hospedó conmigo. No encontré otra forma, al no haber nadie en recepción, ni teléfono que te lo cogiera una persona física.

Cons:

- El agua fría en la ducha, no nos pudimos duchar
- Fuerte olor a porro, era insoportable, el pasillo, la habitación…todo insoportable el olor. (Venía de los vecinos de abajo que estaban fumando en el jacuzy
- Esos mismos vecinos hacían mucho ruido.
- Hacía frío en la habitación, no había edredón
