TITANIC Chaussee Berlin

This was our first time in Berlin, the hotel was stunning, staff were super helpful. Excellent location.

I found the staff non cooperative and had to call Expedia to get trivial issues resolved

Hotel is fabulous but check-in was awful. Miserable almost scowling member of staff with terrible greasy hair in a messy pony tail.

Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good.

Amazing breakfast and nice amenities

Alles war sehr schön und ordentlich, aber leider ist der Pool nicht im Preis inbegriffen, sondern hätte 30€ extra für mich und meinen Sohn gekostet. Das war enttäuschend bei diesem Zimmerpreis, daher nur 4 Sterne und nicht 5.

This stay was extremely disappointing from the start. I specifically booked a queen-sized bed, yet upon arrival, I was given a room with twin beds. When I complained, I was told to “try again in 2 hours” as they might change it, but no queen room was ever made available during my stay.

At check-out, things got even worse. When I asked for an invoice, the staff member was dismissive and rude from beginning to end. She repeatedly cut me off, acted unprofessionally, and even laughed while telling me she couldn’t help.

Overall, the service was careless, unfriendly, and far below what you’d expect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upscale hotel for very decent price

Conveniently located, close to subway and a short tram ride to the Berlin Central Station. Breakfast had a lot of selections. Would come back to stay here again.

Luxurious decor, huge comfortable bed, free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Situated in a clean and safe area of Berlin. Free water provided in mini fridge which I thought was a nice touch.

Electricity in room trips, wait an hour.
Ask for a sheet, wait an hour.
They don't bother to refresh your water, coffee or tea having across your trip.
Lack of bedside table is a bit mental

Should be made clearer that access to the pool which features heavily in the pictures is not included and is at significant extra cost

We had a great experience overall. Our room was large, clean, and modern. Although we didn’t opt for the full breakfast since we prefer something light in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small complimentary breakfast by the pool. It included a fruit salad, additional fresh fruit, cereals, cheese Turkish pastries, and what seemed to be Turkish bagels, a nice touch.

The pool and spa were excellent, and the gym was particularly impressive - one of the best hotel pools and gyms we’ve come across, fully equipped and spacious. The only thing we missed was a jacuzzi, which would’ve made the spa area perfect.

Stayed a week. Bedding was not changed at all. Towels were changed once. Tea and coffee were replenished once.
