Bien situé, quartier sécurisé et calme
Pros:

Lit propre et confortable, chambre avec beaucoup de chaînes mais c’était en portugais. Il y avait une seule chaîne française. La cuisine est bien équipée mais je ne l’ai pas du tout utilisé sauf le frigo. L’appartement était propre. L’hôtel est quand même située Lidl, des restaurants a proximités, la vieille ville est à 17min à pied. C’est sécurisé et calme.

Cons:

La chambre et salle de bain n’ont pas de verrou.
Attention la piscine n’est pas ouverte en période d’hiver, ça n’a pas été indiqué. Il n y a jamais personne à l’accueil il faut toujours les contacter s’il y’a un problème, et attendre un peu que quelqu’un réponde et vienne sur place.
Il faut bien lire dans les conditions, l’hôtel fait un empreint bancaire d’une centaine d’€, c’est en quelque sorte pour sécuriser les affaires et meubles au cas nous cassons, abîmons des trucs. Je n’ai jamais eu de retour en répondant à leur message Booking, où j’avais indiqué mon heure d’arrivée, heureusement que je suis arrivée en journée.

Pros:

They promised us our deposit back but because we were young lads they though they could scam us. They told us to ring a certain number at 6:15am to check us out and they completely lied. I rang the reception 12 times no answer and they won’t give us our deposit back even thought they promised someone would be there to check us out and give us our deposit
