Otra habitación la lio de noche y nos quitaron a nosotros la fianza diciendo que íbamos todos juntos cuando eso es mentira y nos cobraron tmb por dejar el apartamento "sucio".

Llegamos y cuando los llame para coordinar mi entrada me dijeron y prometieron podía ser incluso antes , y luego de hacerme esperar unas 3hrs … donde dejamos de disfrutar la playa y perdimos una reserva en un restaurante mi grupo y yo. Me llaman para decirme que no voy a poder entrar todavía que me tengo que esperar a que limpien, después me tengo que esperar a que reparen un cristal… y no es hasta las 17:00 que yo les tuve que seguir pidiendo entrada que me mandaron los códigos.

Me dicen que por el inconveniente no me vaya a las 10:00 que me puedo ir a las 12am y a las 10:00 tenía a la limpiadora pidiéndome me retiré , llamo otra vez y la recepcionista No sabía nada .. me empezó a pedir justificante porque su compañera no le avisó nada.

El lugar estaba bien y limpio pero la atención y coordinación fue muy lamentable . No volverémos alojarnos.. AÚN ESPERO MI REEMBOLSO DE 200€ de “fianza”

Cock roaches and ants all over the apartment locks changed randomly at 3:30 am at night and got locked out till 7am staff started shouting at us as they asked us to move apartments half way through our stay pool was dirty noise from 12 am to 6 am

Definitely stay again with big groups!!
Pros:

Served the purpose for 19 people!! Pool and pool area was great and had sun on it all day. Perfect location to visit the old town and a small shop at the bottom of the hill was ideal. Free AC was a nice surprise

A casa era acolhedora.

Cons:

Desde o tempo de espera para check in, devolução da caução foi quando lhes apeteceu. Piscina em obras, publicidade enganosa.
