Τίποτα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Πήγαμε 2 ζευγάρια με σκοπό να περάσουμε όμορφα τις διακοπές μας. Αντ αυτού αν μπορώ να το περιγράψω με μια λέξη θα ήταν εφιάλτης. ΠΑΡΑΠΛΑΝΗΤΙΚΕΣ ΦΩΤΟΓΡΑΦΙΕΣ ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ!!!!!! ΣΕ ΚΑΜΙΑ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΤΣΙ ΤΟ ΞΕΝΑΔΟΧΕΙΟ.

Отдельно рекомендую тем, кто приезжает в Стамбул впервые.
Pros:

Обычно не люблю писать хвалебные отзывы, но в этот раз не мог не оставить. По соотношению цена/качество этот отель - великолепный вариант. Расположение, чистота, состояние номеров, завтраки, даже СПА-зона, несмотря на то, что она находится под землёй)…
Отдельно хочу отметить персонал, и прежде всего Мехмета на ресепшене. Ненавязчивый, приветливый и эффективный сервис.

Pros:

Завтрак хороший-есть что выбрать. Вкусно.
Рядом остановка трамвая Т1 и метро и мармарай. Очень удобное расположение.
В номерах убирались практически каждый день. Но часто забывали ставить бутылку воды- я им напоминала и они без проблем приносили.
Номер маленький, ремонт не новый, но чисто.
Единственное- вся техника старая, телефон не работал, фен старый, включатель света зависал часто))

Cons:

Поменять технику и сделать небольшой ремонт.
Включатель в ванной давно пора менять- поскольку он может вызвать замыкание.

اوتيل قذر جدا و للغايه

لاشي اطلاقا وهو لا يصح اصلا لمؤى الحيوانات الضاله او الكلاب الشارده

المكان متسخ جدا و للغايه و لا يوجد نظافه على الاطلاق كما ان السعر كان مرتفع جدا حيث حجزت الليلة ب 70 € لمده اربع ليالي وندمت ندما شديدا على ذلك، وخاولت الغاء الحجز واعاده الاموال، ولكن كان مدير الاوتيل فظ للغاية وسيئ الملافظ

حتى الحمام متسخ و مكسر و يوجد حشرات كثيرة بالاوتيل
لا انصح به اطلاقا
النوم في الشارع اجمل من قضاء ليله في هذا الاوتيل القذز جدا

Είχε πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Η καθαρίστρια ερχόταν κάθε μέρα σχεδόν και καθάριζε. Το πρωινό ήταν ικανοποιητικό αν και είχε περίεργα πράγματα (π.χ παντζάρια, ελιές..), όμως είχε και τα κλασικά!

No value for money! Small rooms! Rude staff! LOUD NOICES! No English! Staff literally does not speak English AT ALL! SPA WAS NOT WORKING. I came to the breakfast and half way everything was done, the guy said to me “madam finished” and it was only 9 am! They have all treated me VERY poorly! Held my passport at the reception and made me pay extra money for a friend that needed to wait 30 extra minutes with me before their check in to another hotel! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 0/10 something OUT OF A HORROR FILM! Don’t go there if you like yourself!!! ALSO, housekeeping was SMASHING DOORS, very loud, no peace at all, I LITERALLY COULDN’T rest BECAUSE OF THE LOUD NOICES and smashing of the doors in EVERY 5 minutes!!! The whole energy of the hotel is off, it almost feels possessed. Once again as I said, don’t go there. If you love yourself. Thank you!
