For the amount of money spent on this hotel, I expected a much better experience. The $65-per-night valet parking fee is quite expensive. The pillows were all flat and uncomfortable, and for the price of the room, I expected higher-quality bedding.
The 24-hour Grab & Go area had no bottled water available, and I was disappointed to learn that complimentary bottled water is only provided to Hilton Honors guests.
The jacuzzi was dirty and did not appear to be properly maintained. The gym equipment also needs attention. Of the three treadmills, one only had a functioning speed control and the incline did not work. The second treadmill was completely out of order, and on the third, the incline worked, but the speed only increased to 1.
The food was not my expectation the egg that they serve was awful smell not good I got stomach issues
The bread too hard but the comfy was cold for the breakfast you serve need improvement specially in safety handling

I do understand the summer rates are higher, but I did feel its as a bit high for the time I was there (short). Overall, it was a good stay.

Had a very good stay. Had some digital key issues, but Agape was very helpful and accommodating. She also made our anniversary very memorable with an upgrade to a room with a view, complementary wine, and an in-depth explanation of the food credit associated with our member status.

The staff at the check in counter were awesome and helpful- very polite and listenned attentively. The hotel is very clean and it is a great location .
Wifi wa so bad. I could not even check out from the room.
Had a very pleasant stay. The location was prime to walk around little Italy and Mia and Leilani made sure I felt at home. They recommended places to eat and even helped me with technical issues in the room. The rooms atmosphere was phenomenal and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
