Pros:

Been staying there once each year since 2020. We make a point of going through Pratt and staying there. Great staff and one of the best bargains of all the places we've stayed over many years traveling between Michigan's U.P. and Arizona every year.

Not a terrible hotel, not great.
Pros:

Everything was clean and we didn't have issues with getting what we needed. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room wouldn't turn off. It was constantly on so we had to turn it off at night, so we didn't freeze. Then ended up getting hot. Our door wouldn't lock or shut unless we slammed it as well. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Pros:

Set well back from the road. Quiet. Helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good showers. Breakfast good.

No soap for the shower first night.
First breakfast: the warmer tray made the omelette and potatoes nearly impossible to chew. I didn't eat there day 2. Also stayed in a Wichita hotel this trip. Similar breakfast menu/setup, but warmer tray didn't dry the eggs and the potatoes were perfect...
