Too much noise around 1 am woke me up.

Online pictures and descriptions do not do this property any justice. It’s huge and beautiful. The cabin was so cute and cozy. The staff is amazing! They really made it a fantastic experience.
It was a great stay at Santo. Iels. Our grankids LOVED it.
Nice rooms in nature, but a couple of things to improve in the rooms.

Stayed in a log cabin that was lovely. Had its own hot tub. Very well maintained too. There are shuttles that take you to the parent hotel and back.

It was a great experience
The place was beautiful. We had a fire pit to roast marahmellows, a nice jacuzzi to relax and a nice kitchen to prepare small meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the cabin at this beautiful property and it was EXQUISITE!! We had our own butler available to us 24/7. The staff is kind and helpful and they take you to and from the hotel with no issues. The cabin is spacious, really well made (just the right amount of outlets everywhere), the hot tub area is fantastic, the cooling is perfect, the bathroom is gorgeous - I could go on!!
Set on a mountain side, view of Antigua down below and surrounded by nature, provides the perfect retreat for couples, friends and families.
