Overall a quiet nice hotel .
Pros:

Beautiful garden , room was clean and bed was comfortable . Convenient location within walking distance to everything. Good breakfast . Staff was friendly .

Cons:

Check in . We had to wait a couple hours ( around 5pm) to check in due to waiting for room to be cleaned due to prior guests checking out late . Normally this would not be an issue and we would have just walked around Antigua however, when you're exhausted from an overnight flight and you had to wait till 5 PM to check, you just want to shower and rest for a bit so this was an inconvenience.

Lindo, cómodo y bien ubicado.

El hotel está muy lindo y en una calle muy tranquila a solo unos pasos del parque central. El servicio por parte de recepción fue magnífico, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lack of hot water. First day was lukewarm. After I mentioned the water situation, second day’s shower was a little warmer. Can hear neighbors pretty clearly.

Beau patio dans un endroit calme d’Antigua.
Pros:

Joli jardin- patio un tout petit peu éloigné du centre et chambres vastes donnant sur le patio. Petit déjeuner complet. Personnel très gentil même si pour moi ça s’est soldé par un problème de navette pré payée et qui n’est jamais arrivée.

Cons:

La décoration est plutôt triste dans des tons marron qui contrastent avec la gaieté du Guatemala. Les chambres qui donnent sur le patio peuvent devenir bruyantes si des voyageurs s’installent tôt pour le petit déjeuner.
La douche était tiède.

Loved it and looking to stay again in June.

Beautiful property garden is more beautiful than pictures, breakfast was good , bed was comfy neighborhood is very quiet, walkable to everything, shower was hot and had excellent water pressure. I stayed with my two children ages 6 and 14.
