Pros:

Excelente servicio al cliente . Demasiado amables, atentos. Les extiendo mi más sincero agradecimiento, se convertirán en mi hotel favorito si regreso a Antigua Guatemala. Mi esposo estaba cumpliendo años y se lucieron con el detalle para que pasara un cumpleaños como en casa.

Great stay in Antigua
Pros:

The Genessis hotel is nicely set around it's beautiful garden. A quiet & peaceful place to rest after a long day. Breakfest is very good. Coffee and tea are offered all day long.!
The staff is nice and doing their best to help.

Cons:

An English speaking staff member could be helpful...
We've asked for an early check in in advance but didn't get the room before time (16.00) after a very long flights even though it was ready...

Hotel con un jardín muy bonito pero las instalaciones con bastantes cosas que mejorar
Pros:

El jardín es espectacular y hace que esa zona de estancia sea muy agradable. Está bien ubicado, a unas pocas cuadras de la plaza central y con una terraza para ver los paisajes de los volcanes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones aunque son amplias, son poco cómodas. Tiene una ventana que solo tiene un blackout, pero no una cortina, con lo cual o estás a oscuras con la luz encendida en pleno día, o te ve cualquier persona que pase. El baño tenía poco sitio para dejar las cosas y tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente. Tampoco tiene una lámpara, ni un lugar para dejar la maleta, escasamente una mesa, para dejar tus cosas o la maleta, pero no las dos. Se escucha todo entre habitaciones.
El desayuno ok, pero me deja ciertas dudas el que dejen un cartón de leche fuera de la nevera durante todo el día para quienes quieran hacerse un café.
La atención de algunas personas ha sido escasa, alguno de ellos de malhumor o haciendo las cosas con el mínimo esfuerzo.
El hotel podría ser un gran lugar , pero se nota que no le han invertido y parece no estar muy cuidado para sus clientes.
