Pros:

It was just okay. The front desk staff on Saturday evening was not friendly AT ALL, in fact, he was quite rude and made feel bad for booking on Expedia. The room (suite) was severely outdated. Linens were clean but not one mirror was properly clean. Breakfast was adequate and the front desk lady on Sunday was very friendly and tended to buffet well.

We enjoyed our stay, great room, great front desk staff. The only thing that wasn't amazing was the breakfast. We didn't stay for it, no eggs, just toast etc.
Will definitely go again if in the area.

Great Stop
Pros:

Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Front desk stuff was personable and it was great to end a long day with a friendly face. The room is large with a couch and padded window bench.

She recommended a handicapped room which was excellent!!!
The only thing I can say was finding the entrance to the hotel…Minor detail…

Pros:

This hotel was easy to find, the rooms were exceptionally clean, staff were delightfully friendly, and the area was quiet. It's close to railroad tracks, but we never heard the trains going through during the night. Breakfast had a great selection of muffins, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and beverages. We will absolutely stay here again if we need to stay in Parry Sound in the future.

Room was comfortable, but no television stations able to be accessed, only free streaming service like Pluto. Good acessible parking, lots of eke tric vehicle charging stations.

Pros:

Above average hotel. Clean. Close to downtown and Island Queen - highly recommend their cruise. Staff were friendly . Includes breakfast in comfortable dining area. Room needed more outlets for tech devices - none were close to the bed. Consider Bringing an extension cord. Lots of pillows but none were comfortable.
