Overall my stay was good. The room was clean and organized but Wi-Fi would disappear most times and if it’s back it’s slow. The staff was great but sometimes they would forget to provide me toilet paper so it’s a good thing to purchase your own just in case especially for long stays. The thing about my hotel room is that it’s quiet and I love it, I really do. However, I wish they had hot water option for showering. I couldn’t figure it out so I’ve been showering with cold water, it was tolerable. Overall it was good, I would definitely stay here again.

Its a great place to stay location wise. Few minutes walk to Mall of Asia and other shops. There are also places to buy food around the hotel, but no plates in the room to heat up in the microwave. But the location is so close to the airport and that what it matters to me😊.

When we arrived the staff were friendly as usual. We’ve been staying here since back in 2018 but as years passed we’ve noticed that the facilities been aging and rooms hallways to the room ans floors are deteriorating. This time around 6th floor is really bad. The floors by the elevators are cracked and some titles when stepped on are moving with cracks as well. The wall papers are coming off. The room smells really bad and leak in the bathroom. Also when we arrived the hot water for the shower was not working. The room had a smell of strong mold. The towels were old as well. For breakfast the food ok good except for when I found little bugs in rice and egg. The worker/manager took a picture of it he said to show the back staff. Overall the experience was not good considering all these years of staying here. They need to upgrade or renovate or do something. I think this will be our last stay here. It’s sad because it was a nice hotel before. I felt they just didn’t care anymore

This should not be listed on here. It may have good ratings for locals. This is not a hotel for western folks, especially at the price point I paid for it.
