الفندق جيد ولكن سعر مبالغ فيه وعدم الالتزام باسعار بوكنق

تم اخذ مبلغ اكبر من المتفق عليه سويت 101 اخذته عن طريق بوكنق تم اخذ زياده 52 دينار المجموع 153 دينار ليله واحدة

اسلوب الموظفين ليس جيد
تم الاغلاق على سيارة صديقي في باص بسبب انه بطاقتي بها مشكله مع العلم باني موجود في الفندق وصديقي يريد الذهاب اجبروه على الدفع وتم التعامل معي ب سوء وتم فقدان اشياء ثمينه وعند التواصل معهم لاتوجد معاونه واستجابه للامر .
