Cons:

Very disappointing stay. The Wi-Fi was terrible and almost unusable. The refrigerator did not work properly—food and drinks became warmer instead of colder. The staff was not helpful, had very limited English skills, and communication was extremely difficult.
Customer service was poor, and overall the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests.
It's a shame because the hotel itself has potential, but the management and service quality need significant improvement.

Тихая улочка в шаговой доступности кафе магазины и обменники, отзывчивый персонал, номера нормальные , соседей через стену не слышно, но двери ужасные, через них все слышно, кто приезжает на лифте или выходит из соседних номеров. Наверху бассейн, народу там бывает мало, вечером после моря ходили немного поплавать

В номере убираются хорошо, но один минус за две недели ни разу не поменяли постельное белье

Pros:

Все замечательно, взяли большой номер за вменяемые деньги, для семьи самое то, дети в одной комнате, родители в другой. Два туалета, два душа, вид из окна во все стороны. Завтрак разнообразный, приличный, всегда можно взять что-то новое или привычную для себя еду. Яичницу или омлет готовят при вас по запросу. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день. Рядом множество точек питания, в том числе с русской кухней. Напротив прачечная самообслуживания, быстро и дешево. Магазин "Сапфир" в 5 минутах для покупки чего угодно. Отличная пекарня Sea Cake чуть ближе. Чистый пляж в 200 метрах. Линия вторая, так что еще и тихо. В общем, от отдыха ничего не отвлекало :)

Все убито, старое, еды на завтраке мало, со столов не убирают, выбора нет. В ванной все бежит. Ни разу не убрались за 4 дня. Номера маленькие. Вид плохой.

Я первый раз в Нячанге и во Вьетнаме. Нам с мужем пенсионеры и нам понравилось всё. Спасибо вам, спасибо работникам отеля. Ребята на Решепсон улыбчивые, вежливые, прекрасные. Уборка каждый день. Спасибо девочкам из клининга. Быстро и слаженно делают свою работу. Спасибо работникам ресторана. Завтраки были вкусные. Мы не капризные. Если и видели какие-то недочёты, то это не важно, на фоне доброжелательности и гостеприимства. Всё супер.
