Все убито, старое, еды на завтраке мало, со столов не убирают, выбора нет. В ванной все бежит. Ни разу не убрались за 4 дня. Номера маленькие. Вид плохой.

Я первый раз в Нячанге и во Вьетнаме. Нам с мужем пенсионеры и нам понравилось всё. Спасибо вам, спасибо работникам отеля. Ребята на Решепсон улыбчивые, вежливые, прекрасные. Уборка каждый день. Спасибо девочкам из клининга. Быстро и слаженно делают свою работу. Спасибо работникам ресторана. Завтраки были вкусные. Мы не капризные. Если и видели какие-то недочёты, то это не важно, на фоне доброжелательности и гостеприимства. Всё супер.

Единственный плюс - удобное расположение, рядом есть массаж, магазины, кафе
Также хороший завтрак, есть много фруктов

Cons:

- спасибо, конечно, что нам предоставили детскую кроватку, это вроде бы плюс. Но! Она была сломана в месте где должна откидываться и неустойчива и в ней торчали металлические штыри!
- персонал. Мы после выезда забыли удлинитель но и важный провод от устройства, спустя всего 2 часа с выезда я написала в отель, мне ответили «мы ничего не нашли». (Скрин прилагаю) Ну это совсем отвратительно) Помимо этого в последние 2 дня нашего проживания к нам 2 раза заходили в номер без нашего ведома в наше отсутствие! Сначала мы заметили это по открытой двери, затем у нас вытащили карточку которая включала электричество. Хорошо хоть ценности все в сейфе хранили! На рецепшн все приветливые, уборщицы все мрачные.
- при заезде мы обнаружили что кровать шаталась и скрипела. Пришел ремонтник, полчаса ковырялся, в итоге подложил бумажку и сказал готово)))) Нас даже не переселили в другой номер, и в итоге кровать так и шаталась.
- при заезде нам выдали всего 1 ключ карту. На наш резонный вопрос «а где вторая?» (номер двухместный, нас двое), нам выдали - не предусмотрена! Бред какой-то, то есть один человек лег спать, а второй в номер не попадет? Спустя 5 минут диалога нам все же выдали вторую карту, но взяли депозит 100 тыс!
-постельное белье было с пятнами, туалетную бумагу ставили какие-то огрызки, полы грязные и лучше бы их вообще не мыли - уборщицы грязной вонючей тряпкой просто развозят грязь по полу
- ну с таким сервисом и неудивительно что основной контингент отеля - орущие невоспитанные азиаты и русские, которые бухают на веранде и орут свои песни)

Pros:

Завтраки были прекрасными, всегда были фрукты. Вопрос к разнообразию, если жить там, как мы, долго. Приветливый персонал, на просьбы откликающийся. Несмотря на правила, из зала и бассейна после 6 вечера не выгоняли xD

Cons:

Для нас фитнес зал весьма скудный и работающий где-то наполовину. Но мало кто приезжает в эту гостинницу заниматься спортом справедливости ради.

Not bad, but could be better.
Pros:

This hotel really tries, and it could be good with a few improvements. The beds were okay, and the staff were very friendly. The view was very nice and the location was good.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, and if your neighbour is watching TV, you will hear every detail. The breakfast is okay, but not very many quality protein choices. The gym is very dirty, and one of the two treadmills was not working. There was a large gap in my bathroom window, so it didn't close all the way.
