Ks và bên booking ko rõ rang , trên booking ghi rõ chi tiết phòng gồm 2 người lớn kèm 1 trẻ (6 tuổi) miễn phí nhưng đến nơi ks đòi phụ thu 200k/ 1 trẻ vì quy định của ks là trẻ phải dưới 6 tuổi mới dc miễn phí ! Phòng ks máy lạnh cũ ko đủ mát , wifi chập chờn , nữa đêm 3h sáng đang ngủ thì chuông báo động khẩn cấp reo in ỏi gọi lễ tân thì ko ai nghe máy , già trẻ lớn bé hoảng loạn , đi xuống lễ tân mấy chục người đang ko hiểu chuyện gì đang xảy ra mà ks chỉ có duy nhất một anh bảo vệ trả lời có thể do máy báo động bị chạm …. ( trời đất ơi ks 4**** mà báo bị chạm ) sáng ra trả phòng hỏi nv lễ tân ko hề biết gì về việc báo động lúc 3h sáng , ko một lời giải thích ! Hồ bơi thì rêu đóng quanh hồ , rất dơ thêm cầu thang xuống hồ bơi bị gãy do cũ kỹ nữa ! Nếu ko đảm bảo được cho khách hàng thì đừng giảm giá như vậy , giữa bên booking và ks làm việc ko rõ ràng đã làm cho chuyến đi phát sinh thêm nhiều chi phí và bực tức và mất ngủ hoảng loạn ! Ks 4**** mà còn thua cả ks 3*** xa lắc

Всё было очень хорошо. Персонал, чистота, комфорт, бассейн. Завтраки превосходные. Одних фруктов около 10 наименований. При таких условиях, стандартный номер для двоих взрослых стоит 2 т. Рублей. Цены в магазинах на порядок ниже российских. С обменом денег нет проблем. Возможно обменять деньги при безналичном переводе а в магазинах оплатить QR кодом.

Cons:

При заселении необходимо проверять наличие имущества в номере согласно списка. У нас отсутствовало полотенце для ног и одна вешалка для одежды. Пришлось вопрос решать.
