To był bardzo udany pobyt.
Pros:

Fajny, kameralny, jak na to, co buduje się w Kołobrzegu Hotel. Pokój czyściutki, do plaży rzut beretem, duży i zbilansowany wybór śniadaniowy. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje Pan zawiadujący parkingiem i wypożyczaniem rowerów. Mega kontaktowy, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. A same rowery zadbane i naładowane na tip top.

Cons:

WiFi powinno być szybsze.

Pros:

Direkt an der Ostsee, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und gutes Essen.

Cons:

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer, konnten das Zimmer aber dann wechseln.
2 Tage waren am Buffet nicht das was vorher auf der Tafel stand

Besonders gut war der Sauna Bereich und das Frühstück

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer das zwar unserer Kategorie entsprach, jedoch auf den Bildern bei Booking andere Zimmer dieser Kategorie zu sehen sind. Deswegen hatte ich mit auf was andres eingestellt und war dann etwas enttäuscht.

Schönes Hotel, Service leider mangelhaft
Pros:

Die Lage direkt gegenüber vom Strand war toll, ein schöner Blick ins Gründe und ein Balkon am Zimmer.. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schön und im Allgemeinen das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Anwendungen im Wellnessbereich waren ebenfalls sehr gut, sodass wir mehrere Male Termine gemacht haben. Auch die Saunen und den Pool hatten wir fast für uns allein.

Cons:

Insgesamt hätte das Hotel Potential für einen tollen Urlaub, leider wird dieses Erlebnis stark vom Personal getrübt. In der Gastronomie wurde man an manchen Abenden bedient, manchmal musste man aktiv Personal suchen oder wurde ignoriert. Auch die Stimmung zwischen den Servicekräften schien unterkühlt. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sowohl in der Bar als auch im Restaurant wenig willkommen und eher als störende Unterbrechung und nicht als Gast. Die Halbpension würden wir nicht empfehlen, da man für den gleichen Preis oder günstiger mit größerer Auswahl von der Karte bestellen oder auswärts essen gehen kann. Hier ist leider wirklich Luft nach oben, für das Geld war die gelieferte Leistung leider nicht befriediegend. Auch einige getroffe Stammgäste waren von der Leistung enttäuscht.
