Pros:

As ever I keep returning to my favourite place to stay, beautiful views of the land and only 10minute walk to the beach. Hotel staff are wonderful and its fully disabled place to stay. They are definitely 10 0ut of 10. Feels like family

Handy location but it can be hot in the room
Pros:

It was in a good location with parking. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bed was old and not that comfortable. There was no air conditioning or fans in the room so it was very hot. Lots of noise from other guests later at night or early in the morning

Perfect Location with parking.

Buffet style breakfast good.

Cons:

No fan nor aircon in the room, especially in this weather. The toilet window not with opening options. You can't open window in the toilet.

Pros:

Having our terraced room and the staff was so lovely and polite.

Cons:

The meals was way to expensive for the food was like.

The French onion soup was over salty, the spaghetti bolognaise was nice but could of had more cheese.

And the worst was the scrambled eggs. They were to watery, no butter and so bland.

Also the sausages were overdone and I almost choked on one.

I location was beautiful but the carparking, wasn't organised for guests with cars and they let the coaches park more than the people with cars. Also a ramp for the main entrance would of been better for suitcases. It killed me.

Good for the price
Pros:

It was nice that there was entertainment and that people sat in the communial areas made it feel welcoming. The gardens were lovely to sit in of an evening. Was great that my medication could be stored in the fridge.

Cons:

The lack of clear signage for the lifts as my elderly aunt got disorientated. The rooms could use air-con. Windows were screwed shut so suffered with the heat. One of the handles on a window was broken so could not shut it during the day.

Great location. And the building is beautiful.
Pros:

The location was just great. 12mins walk from the beach. Super easy.

Cons:

It was quite small room. We had no AC or even fan offered. Traveled with the dog however we were given a room on the third floor. It was not great considering that dog needs several walks. Especially in the morning.

A pleasant hotel , slightly out dated but this adds to it's charm.
All the staff where helpful.
The grounds could do with some maintenance.

Pleasant room but little to no sleep due to noise

Location was great. Set in nice well presented grounds.

Cons:

Very noisy night , walls were so thin you could hear everything from other rooms - taps running , people snoring , footsteps and moving furntiure about. Led to a very restless night

Location , big rooms , staff friendly and accommodating, helpful . Dog friendly .. grounds lovely

Cons:

Carpark was restricted with coaches which took up most of carpark & spaces .
Breakfasts was passable but cooked breakfast, mostly cold breakfast times too early , so you could not have a lay in . . Had to book evening meal , at breakafast ,but didnt eat evening meal .so eat elsewhere .
Hotel needs revamp, tlc , tired , looking . but has got character .
Noisy with people slamming doors , no sound proof .
Shower water like luke warm
Lift you can manage to get two people in with 2x suitcases , small .

Cons:

Brak nawet zwykłego wiatraka w pokoju. Duszno w pokojach.Brak najzwyklejszej jednorazowej kawy za to cukru było aż nadto.Pod marką the Broadway Hotel było lepiej.
