We love staying here the hotel is lovely & friendly love walking round the grounds and sitting outside,

Really great place to stay and central to all amenities
Pros:

The staff and location was spot on. Les and I think Les and the new girl were really helpful keeping us three families all next to each other’s room. Entertainment was great and the grounds were lovely. Could do with some weeding but can’t knock it

Only the brave would stay here.
Pros:

The location was ok.

Cons:

The hotel badly needs refurbishing, the food was awful, we were charged £17.95 for a three course meal which sounds good value until you eat it. The bar staff need completely retraining, we asked for a wine menu, they didn’t have one, we asked what wine they sold, they didn’t know, when we eventually got a bottle of wine, they couldn’t find a corkscrew, it took them 15 minutes to locate a corkscrew. We were on the third floor, but the lifts were broken.
This place makes Fawlty Towers look like the Ritz.
