Pros:

El personal muy amable y eficiente. La habitación amplia, cama cómoda, todo limpio, nevera con botellas de agua de cortesía. El gel y champú del baño muy buenos. El desayuno está bien, hay un poco de todo, si ser excesiva la variedad. El zumo de naranja natural. Se puede aparcar fácil y gratis al lado del hotel. Hay un gran centro comercial cruzando la calle con bastantes restaurantes. Cercano al aeropuerto. La iluminación de la habitación es muy chula.

Cons:

La única pega que pido ponerle al hotel es que no hay cerca comunicaciones para ir al centro de Madrid, se necesita coche, o coger taxis, ya que no hay autobuses , ni metro cercanos, etc.

La habitación estaba fría, y el aire caliente no tenía potencia para calentar, nos dieron mantas.
Para ser un cuatro estrellas está bastante abandonado de mantenimiento.
