The hotel was good value for money and in a very central location, which made it easy to get around. The facilities were decent and everything was generally comfortable and clean. The staff were very polite, kind, and always willing to help.

Cons:

The main issue was communication. It was quite difficult to communicate with the staff as none of them did not speak English well, which sometimes made things confusing.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff were really kind and helpful, and the Turkish breakfast was fresh and tasty. The location is great too, in a lively area close to Istiklal Street.

Cons:

The bathrooms weren’t well ventilated in both rooms we had, so there was some mold. They looked clean overall, but could definitely use a deeper anti-mold cleaning. Also, since the hotel is in a busy area, the noise from outside can be a bit much, especially for light sleepers.

Pros:

Good central location and value. Staff very efficient.

Cons:

We opted for the breakfast, however this was disappointing. Which was largely limited and Turkish rather than international. No croissants, they had sliced baguette for making toast, dried fruit rather than fresh fruit. Cornflakes rather than musli. Lots of salad and some Turkish meats. things but largely unappetising ! I wished I’d opted for breakfast in the lots of nearby local coffee shops which did have more interesting fare.

El personal es super amable, y cualquier problema que tienes te intentan ayudar. Muy bien.

La ubicacion esta bien, lo unico, es que por la noche es zona de fiesta, y si tienes problemas para dormir....cuesta un poco.

Удобное расположение, рядом Истикляль, Таксим, Галатская башня, Галатапорт, недалеко от достопримечательностей Султанахмет, Айя София, Топкапы и Долмабахче. Персонал добрые и приветливые!

Cons:

Отель соотвествует 3 звезды, постельное белье и полотенца и халаты, все старое и застиранное, желтое. Ванная по углам пыль превратившаяся в грязь, в самой душевой с лейки протекает, верхний душ не работает, и стены и пол в душевой грязные, как будто не моют, просто смывают водой и грязь уже вьелась в кафель.
Очень мало света в комнате, некоторые лампочки не работали)) зеркало большое но темное, еще вдобавок освещения мало)) вообщем красится девушкам не очень удобно! Мы проживали с 20 по 25 марта, были дожди и в номерах было прохладно, хотя кондиционер работал почти круглосуточно))

Top lage in nur wenigen Geh Minuten beim Taksim Platz und an der Einkaufstrasse. Frühstücke war gut und Personal höflich und freundlich

Mehr als die Hälfte der Steckdosen funktionieren nicht im Zimmer. Der Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit war ein Innenhof mit Blick auf eine Wand! Zimmer sehr dunkel kein natürliches Licht. Wlan ging garnicht
