Pros:

Die Doppelzimmer waren sehr geräumig und schön, und auch die Spa Möglichkeiten waren toll. Besonders hat uns die Aussicht gefallen und das Frühstück!

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super! Das war’s leider aber auch schon…

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht freundlich und nicht kundenorientiert, kein netter Empfang, bei dem man sich willkommen fühlt.
Das Badezimmer hatte eine Glasfront ohne Vorhang, so dass auf der Toilette mit Blick ins Zimmer und vor allen auch andersherum saß. Das ist wirklich nicht schön und nicht durchdacht!

Sehr nettes Personal, prima Frühstück, schöne Atmosphäre, tolle Außenanlage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war recht klein und zur Hauptstrasse gelegen. Der Parkplatz war eng. Unter meinem Bett wurde schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem grandiosen Ambiente.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und sehr geräumigen, modernen Zimmern. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sensationell. Die Lage ist gut und erreicht man Meran schnell mit dem Bus.

Cons:

An der Hotelbar hatte man bereits um 23:00 Uhr nicht mehr das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.
