Pleasant.
Pros:

Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor for £10 pounds each better value found in the town, plenty of dog freindly cafes to choose from.

We were pleased it was just one night.
Pros:

The furnishings in the tiny bedroom were fresh and modern.

Cons:

The room was a so Gl2 size . The bed hard, pillows stiff. Shower houses in a cupboard. Beveridge facilities meagre.
Noisy in the early hours from movement outside.

Pros:

Comfy bed, single room was quite spacious, clean & seemed well refurbed. Staff were cheerful & ensured everything was covered. Parking at the hotel @ a good price. Very close to the sea shore, beach & harbour + eating places. Fab. Thank you

Good value for money
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean. Plenty of space for 2 of us and our dog. The bed was really comfortable, nice big tv, full length mirror. Towels were nice and thick

Cons:

The water pressure was really low. We only stayed for 1 night so wasnt too much of a problem however if we stayed longer I wouldn't have been able to wash my hair as the water literally trickled out of the shower also the temperature of the room was quite warm. The windows only open a little bit. Could do with a fan.

Pros:

Excellent staff, a fantastic team working together. All very friendly and were very helpful.
Rooms are lovely they are clean, bright and warm. The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Beautiful lounge, bar and restaurant.
Loved the foyer with a good mix of places to go and activities.

We had a lovely stay although we didn't sleep well because of the noisy bunk beds.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location on the beach front. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotless. Tea and coffee provided. Hairdryer in the room is always a bonus and we were able to borrow an iron and ironing board from reception

Cons:

Children's bunk beds were very noisy and kept us awake all night as they moved around while sleeping.
Hotel is a little dated.

Rooms were comfortable but maintenance is definitely needed.

It’s in a great location and rooms were comfortable

Cons:

There was quite an intense smell of urine in the reception and hallway areas. Rooms were very hot. No high chairs available for infants. Had run ins with homeless people trying to enter the property with us telling reception they were with our party.

The breakfast time was early and short. 08:30-09:30 is early when you are on holiday

Pros:

10/10 stay will definitely be returning in the future, staff are very helpful especially the lady behind reception:) lovely location clean and comfortable rooms. would 100% recommend!

Great budget hotel in perfect location.
