Although location and on site parking a great plus we were glad to of only booked for 1 night.
Breakfast was ok, although cold.

When walking from reception to room on 2nd floor - as lift out of use...
There was an extreme smell in the corridor of urine - assumed coming from the toilets.

The shower was unusuable due to its tiny size, impossible to move once in - if your able to get in it! ... very odd layout of room - shower in a room, toilet in another and sink in the bedroom.

The shower door didn't shut, the room wasn't very clean, it was cold, the walls are thin and the person next door snored very loudly but it's cheap so served it's purpose

A consistent strong smell of urine when you walk up towards your room.
The rooms weren't particularly clean, one of the beds had pillow cases with stains on the edges.
The bathroom was dated and dirty, the shower door didnt close properly.
Paid 10 quid for breakfast, but it didnt have everything put out that was advertised.

It's a bit faded and needs updating but it was clean and comfortable. Sea front is being updated and this will make a difference for the better

The bad smell walking up to our room , breakfast was a little over cooked.

I was so excited about the breakfast but it was a horrible, scruble eggs wasn't eggs but some king rubber,on mushroom so much parsley

Shower tray very hard to get in and out off when you have a bad knee, scrapped my ankle getting out as it is quite a drop stepping out of the shower, the plug beside the bed to charge phones etc was very difficult to get to, had to move bed out of the way,
My brother had his bags moved in his room which made him feel very uneasy as there was no need as they were in the bottom of the wardrobe, but when he returned to his room they were both on the bed!!
Walls are paper thin, and i had noisy neighbours that didnt know the meaning of sleep.

I didnt like the fact that the hotel had an offer on the weekend I went which would have been an £100 off instead of booking qith bookings.com. That is sad - I missed out on £100 there.

Room facilities ie bathroom were poor, water pressure was none existent so a proper shower was impossible, when speaking to other guests it seemed to be a big problem throughout the hotel.

Hotel full of students, making noises through out the night. Then at 6am students dragging suitcases down the stairs spoke to someone that was with them who didn't give a s..t,

I had to request a different room as the first one was very shabby and dirty. I was given a new room which was slightly better but still not very clean
