Gute Lage, sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstück

Zimmer war mit einer Tür mit einem weiteren Zimmer verbunden. Dadurch hatten wir keine Privatsphäre, da es sehr hellhörig war. Lose Bodenfliese im Bad. Bröckelder Fugenmörtel. Loser Kleiderhaken. Türrahmen unfachmännisch eingebaut

Leckeres Frühstück, zentral gelegen, die Hauptstraße in wenigen Metern erreichbar, schönes Haus

Cons:

Für den Spa musste man sich vorher anmelden (völlig ok), ansonsten war er verschlossen, kein Kaffee-/Teeservice auf dem Zimmer, was ich bei 4Sternen erwartet hätte, Parkhaus in der Nähe, keine Parkplätze direkt am Haus

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren an einigen Stellen Spinnenweben, die Balkontür ging nicht auf, der Balkon war durch die Klimaanlage blockiert. Der Sportraum war keine 10m2 groß und sehr dürftig. Das Interieuer und Design des Zimmers war dem Hotelstandard nicht angemessen, sondern sehr dürftig, alt und spartanisch.

Sehr gute Lage im Zentrum und ruhiges, grosses, stilles Zimmer (Nr.9).

Cons:

Etwas umständlich und eventuell problematisch für ältere Herrschaften die steilen Treppen der Zwischenetagen zu den man vom Fahrstuhl zu Fuß gehen muss. Was zumindest bei Zimmer Nr.9 der Fall gewesen war.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt im gut bewerteten Hotel

Hotel in sehr guter Lage und ansprechendem Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein, hellhörig und mit abgenutztem Teppich (Preis-Leistung?). An einem Tag standen plötzlich zwei Personen (ohne Anzuklopfen) in unserem Zimmer, um etwas auszumessen. Der Saunabereich ist sehr klein und bescheiden eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat 2 Eingänge, jedes Mal, wenn wir Eingang A benutzten, wurden wir unfreundlich gefragt, wie wir darein gekommen wären (durch die Türe, sie war offen). Also Freundlichkeit ist anders.
