Sehr schöne Tage in Heidelberg
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral mitten in der Altstadt. Die Parkmöglichleit in der Tiefgarage haben wir gerne in Anspruch genommen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag. .Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Badewanne im Doppelzimmer. Dusche wäre benutzerfreundlicher. Die Tiefgarage war stockdunkel, was es für eine Frau ziemlich gruselig macht, wenn man im 4. UG parken muss.

Pros:

Die zentrale Lage des Hotel Heidelberger Hof ist einfach perfekt. Es liegt zu Beginn der Einkaufsstraße die Hauptstraße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer, alles was das Herz begehrt.
Würde immer wieder buchen.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation.
Da das Hotel in der Altstadt ist und es durch Partygäste auf der Straße es etwas lauter werden könnte, wir empfohlen die Fenster zu schließen.

Pros:

Zeer gastvrije ontvangst. Kamer goed uitgerust, met rolluiken tegen het lawaai van de drukke straten. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Gelegen aan begin van de Hauptstrasse met daarin alle horeca.

Cons:

Parkeren in de buurt was niet zo gemakkelijk, gelegen in drukke straat. En parkeren aan stoeprand om uit te laden leek ons daarom geen goed idee). Had blijkbaar wel gekund, iedereen doet het voor laden en lossen). Uiteindelijk was de parking die hotel aanbood goed en in de buurt.
Omgeving was wat rauw met zwervers. Niet onveilig.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten in Heidelberg
Pros:

Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Hier gibt es auch noch Zimmerservice. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist top.

Cons:

Bad könnte erneuert werden.

Cons:

Am Abreisetag war der Service verbesserungswürdig. Es wurde versäumt, die leeren Platten, Tomate, Gurke, Brezel aufzufüllen. Schade, das Frühstück und die Auswahl war ansonsten gut.

Tolle location
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Top Lage. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite was bis spät abends und sehr früh morgens sehr laut war.
TV war alles andere als richtig eingestellt, was aber keine Tragödie bedeutet. Zum Frühstück können wir keine Angaben machen, haben immer in naheliegenden Cafés gefrühstückt.

Sehr gutes Buffet - zentral in der Altstadt. Sauna vorhanden - mit 2 Warmräumen, Dusche und Relax-Raum. Zimmer etwas klein - aber ok. Danke für die Auskünfte (musste einen 220V Netzadapter finden für die Heimfahrt im Zug).
