Staff were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was average and suitable for our needs.
The room was very basic. The bathroom had hair in it. The walls and floors are very thin so we were woken up by other residents talking. We could literally hear upstairs conversations. This woke us up a couple of times during the night. The reception and entrance looked deceiving as when we were upstairs to the room, the hallways and rooms were very out dated. The walls paper is peeling off the walls and carpet looked like ir saw better days.
We couldn't fault the staff though, amazing service. Its a shame the building let's it down. It has so much potential.
The staff were welcoming and accommodating
The box bedframes were breaking down. The mattresses were lumpy (our first mattress had a lower head position to our feet...) and the staff admitted that they had a water survey which said which rooms had hot water, and which had warm... Our (warm) water room never even got warm.
The decor was dated, and you have to pay for parking, even though the hotel appear to own it.
The rooms were clean on the surface, but closer inspection shows dust and grime.

Staff were very friendly
Couldn't shower, had to leave a day early on a 3 night stay, shower was dribbling water that was either burning hot or freezing cold without touching the temperature dial. Theres wallpaper pealing off most ofnthe walls, room floor cracks and crewks when you walk around, and other doors opening and closing shake the room. The staff did offer another room but just wanted to get out of there
