- defekt: Beleuchtung, Wasserhähne, Lüftung der innenliegenden Bädern
I absolutely loved my room.It is not brand new and mordern hotel but the room was nice with beautiful view.My bed was very comfortable the room was clean and had lots of space the bathroom was big and nice too.
The stuff was very kind and helpful.

Toilets need refurb
This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The only 1 good thing about it was the view but even then it was ruined by the filthy windows that look like they haven’t been cleaned in a very long time.
Very misleading!! The pictures looked nothing like the room. How they get away with that I do not know I’m awaiting to hear back from booking.com. On checking in I felt unwelcome. No info given on food or entertainment. Shocked when we got to room I went straight back down and said this is not the room we booked and it was dirty and very dark. Considering we booked a double room with Seaview. Which by the way looks nothing like what was in the pictures. They did not want to know. They said they were fully booked and that was that and they couldn’t do anything. I have another 10 photos of just how unclean this place is. Disgusting. From the marks all up the walls to damp In the corner and black mould all in bathroom. And mould growing on the carpet! The windows havent been cleaned in god know how long. I’ve noticed in other reviews the hotel is undergoing a refurb but this is no excuse for what I’ve had to stay in. It was terrible.
The location is convenient as close to train and bus station. Walking distance to the beach and town centre.
Not enough parking space when we arrived as can only accomodate max of 14 cars with payment of £6 per day. We manage to secure a parking by the train station for 24hours for only £2 until we checked out of the hotel.
The small electric fan inside the room that was barely working and very dusty.
Room were not what was advertised and a concern was raised to the receptionist and he said if we don’t want to stay we should leave no remorse no nothing. Room wasn’t cleaned for the whole 4 days even after asking them to clean our room overall very bad experience
The breakfast was delicious and the bed was so comfy the view was incredible
