Fabulous location and a lovely hotel you couldn’t be disappointed.
Pros:

My room was very good. Nice furniture. Very comfortable bed. The communal areas of the hotel are very good.
Staff pleasant and personable. In my opinion my room was on par with a more expensive hotel I’ve recently visited on Eastbourne seafront. I’m booked here to return in May. I can definitely recommend.

Cons:

There’s isn’t anything I could be negative about. I stayed here during Covid as I was working at the hospital and in between buying and selling a property. The hotel was under different ownership then and pretty terrible. Nothing was good enough and I had to get refunded and find something else.
This certainly isn’t the case today. The new owners have come in and sorted the hotel out. It’s located right on the front with easy access to everything in town.

Lovely staff - always helpful
Pros:

Location, staff are really nice, the lady at reception (who had the snuffles) is always very helpful as is the lady who manages the breakfast. Had a nice sized room at a fantastic price that included breakfast.

Cons:

Double bed slightly uncomfortable, normally I stay in the section that looks onto the car parking, however this time wasn’t the case, had noise similar to an industrial extraction fan, had to sleep with the window closed.

Pros:

Вид на море из окна. Есть у отеля собственная стоянка.

Cons:

lovely victorian hotel, the cleanliness and maintenance is letting it down.
Pros:

Very friendly and welcoming staff,
lovely victorian building with lots of original features.

Cons:

The room 333 we stayed in was very cold, there was an extra plug in heater provided which you would have to use depending on the time of year. The walls were very mucky with a lot of hands prints on them. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly it was very small and narrow. Carpets were really heavily stained.
