The suite we had was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and nicely appointed.

Cons:

The staff were friendly, from the management team to tho the desk clerks and especially Anthony who handled the breakfast. Room service was also great

Pros:

The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and adequate. It was not equivalent to a table service experience, nor was the selection of food the same. But I knew to lower my expectations of what I would experience.

Cons:

The milk machine was not working so a pitcher of milk was available. That option is concerning regarding how cold the milk was, the security of the milk from others, and the freshness of the milk.

Every staff member greeted me and were nice.

King room with sofa bed was very small and tight. Expected a bigger room for the type and price.

Our stay
Pros:

Everything. NATALIE checked us in and was superb in that task. Her customer service was over the top.
The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet.
The lady in charge of breakfast showed she loved her job by the way Everything was prepared and kept tidy.
All in all we found theventire staff we met were exceptional.

Cons:

No drip coffee maker on room
No condiment packs ( salt , pepper ,stirrers,napkins ,tea and coffee.

We traveled for a family event on Lake Blackshear. Great property and location. I would rebook.
Pros:

The reception desk staff were very helpful during check-in. The chef prepared a delicious breakfast. Property is well kept and extremely clean.
