Amazing value and great location. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was awful. We took one look and decided to go to Wetherspoons. I wouldn't let this put you off as it's so cheap to stay there that you can either eat the awful brekkie or go elsewhere.
I loved the location, very close to the princess theatre. The breakfast was very good and it was good to have entertainment at the hotel
The bathroom had marks on the wall which could have been removed
Close to the theatre, beach and carpark all within just a few minutes walk.
Good value for money.
Breakfast ok although replenishing the cooked breakfast was a little slow
Bedroom was clean and in good order
The whole place needed a makeover. It had character but generally it was all a little dated, with chipped paint and so on.
The double bed was just that, a double rather than king-sized which is the norm in places like Premier Inn.
There is only one lift that holds 4 people so the queue for it was often long.
The guy on reception was somewhat unprofessional passing comments that could be misconstrued as insults.
I really liked everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and excellent. The breakfast was very good and fresh, and the location was perfect and close to everything.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like
The room was comfortable and clean
The Hotel looks tired and in need of refurbishment, The room was too hot and no means of cooling it, not even opening the windows. The room was not serviced on one of the days because the staff dont work on Wednesdays. The catering staff in the restaurant looked generally uninterested in what they were there for.
Friendly warm and spacious
Only one small slow lift
Mostly friendly staff and great location
A pity there isn't a car park with the hotal.
The Caledonia Torbay Hotel is very good the staff are very good we do like it there at the moment we are down there every fortnight
The entertainment
Room and food.

It was all good
