Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Restful stay in a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable evening in Arica - so comfortable we stayed for an extra night. We arrived early off the night bus and the staff were so accommodating in helping us check into our room early. The bed is maybe one of the comfiest I have ever slept in, with views of their private beach and ocean. The room was clean with outdoor space. We enjoyed watching many birds and the sunset. The breakfast was delicious and included ! It was also great that we could get tea, coffee and filtered water throughout the day and evening. Sports bar was close with decent prices, decent cocktails and quality food overlooking the ocean.

Cons:

WiFi wasn’t amazing and the dinner was slightly overpriced. They also didn’t serve on a Sunday but you can walk along to promenade to some lovely options nearby. Don’t let this put you off though - the hotel is so restful !

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno 10/10 (la atención muy muy buena), la habitación muy cómoda, espaciosa, sin duda volvería a ir, lo recomiendo totalmente 👏🏻🥰

Pros:

Ubicación inmejorable, arquitectura sustentable y oferta gastronómica de gran calidad. Muy buena disposición del personal de cocina para atender requerimientos.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de habitaciones contiguas. El personal de recepción no fue muy cordial. Si bien no hubo ningún problema, fue evidente una actitud de sólo "cumplir". El precio es un poco elevado, lo que se explica principalmente por la ubicación, más que por el servicio.

Pros:

O hotel fica numa enseada de frente para o mar e entre duas praias. Os quartos tem um tamanho bom, com sacada e são de frente para o mar. O café da manhã é muito bom. Jantamos no restaurante e adoramos a qualidade.

Hotel sustentable pero la verdad, un poco incomodo...
Pros:

Un hotel con mucha onda, con lindas vistas al mar

Cons:

Hay demasiados sacrificios en la comodidad del pasajero, partiendo por la falta de aire acondicionado (al llegar, la pieza era un horno, y si uno abre la ventana se llena de zancudos), e incluyendo muchos otros detalles como que la ducha moja el WC, que no hay una mesa en la pieza, y un largo etcetera...

Muy buen estilo, con algo mejorable en la estructura
Pros:

Ubicación, personal muy profesional, cena y desayuno excelentes

Cons:

Insonorización entre las habitaciones, nos quedamos en una hermosa habitación del piso 1, pero se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la habitación al lado y sobretodo de la habitación arriba en el piso 2
