Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Muy buen estilo, con algo mejorable en la estructura
Pros:

Ubicación, personal muy profesional, cena y desayuno excelentes

Cons:

Insonorización entre las habitaciones, nos quedamos en una hermosa habitación del piso 1, pero se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la habitación al lado y sobretodo de la habitación arriba en el piso 2

Great sea views in this out of town hotel…
Pros:

Loved the location, right on the rocks, hearing the waves crashing all day and night. It’s a 30 min walk into town, but no need to go into town!. Great breakfasts, and delicious dinners (note that no dinners onSundays). Rooms were large, beds huge, with good storage, and nice balcony with chairs.
We did not use it, but lots of indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy the views).

Cons:

The beach in front was not swim able… but 2 nice beaches north and south, within 5 mins walks.

Excelente Hotel, hermosas las habitaciones e instalaciones, ¡¡el servicio de desayuno y cena exquisito!! Recomiendo los tragos, el día que nos retiramos nuestro vuelo era muy temprano y nos dieron desayuno para llevar. 100% recomendamos
