To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Cons:

Pedí un Delivery de torta para guardar en el hotel antes de hacer el check in, la persona que llevó mi pedido llegó y no había recepcionista tuvo q esperar cerca de media hora a lo que por las condiciones del clima se termina derritiendo, para la cena no había bartender no se pudo pedir cocktail solo jugos y botellines de cerveza, queríamos aprovechar la estancia de estar en la playa y cenar en la terraza, lo q se nos negó ya q estaban corto de personal, nos solicitaron comer adentro, lo q no tenía sentido; por inasistencia nuestra nos armaron mesa afuera, en la sala de entretención los juegos están muy desgastados tacos rotos, no hay dardos, juego de ajedrez piezas rotas, en resumen es nuestra 4 o 5 estancia en el hotel y no es nada parecido a sus primeros años, el lugar es increíble y las habitaciones un verdadero lujo. Pero falta ese cuidado que había en un principio

Excellent stay as usual!
Pros:

Everything! The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is simple but complete, home-made, and very tasty. And the location is amazing. You are directly on the beach. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean is extremely nice.

Cudowny nocleg nad brzegiem oceanu
Pros:

Doskonałe położenie nad brzegiem oceanu, cudowny widok z pokoju. Personel był bardzo pomocny, bezproblemowa komunikacja po angielsku. Kolacja i śniadanie były pyszne. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Besonderes Hotel an sehr schöner Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel besticht mit seiner aussergewöhnlichen Lage direkt an einer Bucht. Alle Zimmer haben Meersicht. Das Geräusch der Wellen wiegt einen in den Schlaf. Sehr schönes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Die Holzarchitektur ist sehr schön. Wer etwas Besonderes sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort.

L'hôtel est posé sur les rochers à 15 m de l'océan. superbe. vue magnifique sur le Pacifique qui était très agité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables, bien équipées. le restaurant est très bien. très bon petit déjeuner. grandes baies vitrées.

Good ocean place for short stay, great restaurant
Pros:

VERY close to the beach, just outside of the main city. Didn't east breakfast, just the boxes - these were very tasty and practical. Possibility to make tea or coffee 24h.
VERY good restaurant - we ate the dinner there and it was literally the best food we ate during 3 weeks in Chile. If you stay there - definitely go to the restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit worn down - its okay now but in a year it will require a renovation. Especially the bathroom would need refreshing - I appreciate wood in rooms, but as a shower floor it is simply not hygienic, and the shower faucet was broken. It worked - but should be refreshed.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. We stayed for just one night so it wasn't a big deal though.
