Vi boede i villa med egen pool og blev serviceret efter alle kunstens regler fra ankomst til afrejse efter 3 dage. Super lækkert strand område, hvor det nok også bør være formål. Træk stikket et par dage og lad dig forkæle 👍😊
A beautiful property with very attentive and considerate staff. The area itself was very quiet. If you are looking for somewhere with a lot of shops/restaurants in walking distance, this is not the property for you. But the quiet was a nice change of pace for 2 nights on our journey.
Wow, wow, wow. Fantastic room, service, location and food. We loved everything and will definitely come again. The dining concept, we can recommend!! Dining on the terrace in front of our room both for dinner and breakfast- thank you SO much!!! We SO much appreciated that♥️
Eine wirklich wunderschöne Oase direkt am Strand. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet und das Hotelpersonal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bisher unsere beste Erfahrung in ganz Sri Lanka, es hat wirklich viel Spaß gemacht und es wurde auf unsere individuellen Wünsche eingegangen. Das Essen wurde abends frisch zubereitet und ansonsten kann man sich jederzeit Getränke nehmen. Der Strand ist besonders schön, ebenfalls gibt es zwei Pools in der Anlage sowie Liegen die zum verweilen einladen. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sri Lanka reisen kommen wir definitiv wieder her, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!
Struttura molto gradevole in riva al mare con ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Camera pulita e luminosa. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile a tutti i livelli.

Nice small hotel on what must be one of the best beaches in the world. it was difficult to wet shave with the light. tha hanging space could be better.
Amazing service from all the staff starting from the assistant a manager to our room butler etc. wonderful and secluded location perfect for a few days of relaxation.
Service is excellent. Mawella beach is one of the best in Sri Lanka. It is wide and the water is calm and warm.

Truly heavenly. The location, the villa and the staff made our stay just perfect. The beach is pristine and set in a beautiful cove. It’s so peaceful with the perfect combination of sea, beach and mangroves. Really beautiful.
We stayed in the Kurumba House and honestly I cannot compliment the staff enough. A particular call out to Donald who looked after us and made sure we wanted for nothing. Our privacy was respected and Donald shared his WhatsApp number so we could message when we wanted something. He made sure the villa was always perfect for us and when we wanted time on the beach that we were also looked after. All of the staff have a wonderful nature and were so welcoming.
The main villa is beautiful and from what we could see all of the rooms were really lovely. They work on small number of rooms with lots of different living spaces so it feels boutique. Kurumba house was stunning. We loved the outdoor veranda and the private pool, which was a sublime temperature. Whilst we were at the beach for sunset, the house lights were put on and lots of candles made it a lovely welcome back.
Meal times are always flexible around your time table so didn’t feel rushed to a schedule and we ate at the House with Donald looking after us and making sure whilst we ate, our bedroom got the turn down service.
We were really sorry to leave. Thanks to all of the team. It was wonderful

My wife and I had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. The location is so peaceful, with the beach behind the hotel being so beautiful. The food prepared at the hotel was simply stunning! We had a daily set menu with choices, and the menu was great, food portions were generous and tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The only slight negative about this place is the wifi is very temperamental (not always a bad thing). It can feel a little sleepy through the day, but if you’re looking for undisturbed peacefulness, this place is perfect!
Beautiful villas and lovely people who made us feel so at home. I would definitely come back here again and again.

An exceptional property with excellent food and service. If I had to split hairs, I would say that the veranda rooms are on the small side and lack privacy.
