Me gustó que la habitación es grande. Pero los muebles muy viejos, sin mantenimiento. Tienen la peor TV, nunca pudimos ver un programa, mala imagen, pésimo sonido. Lo peor es que se me cayó del balcon el pantalon de mi traje de baño al área restringida para empleados y nunca apareció, alguien tuvo que haberlo robado.

Reservamos por medio de esta aplicación. Se supone que habíamos reservado una suit junior y nos tocó la habitación 102.(CUANDO LAS SUIT JUNIOR SON A PARTIR DE LA 105) Cuando en la publicación de Booking decía que la habitación incluia, comedor, frigobar, cosas que la habitación que nos dieron NO TENIA. LE COMETE A LA SEÑORITA DE RECEPCIÓN Y ME COMENTÓ QUE.NO PODIA HACER NADA QUE PORQUE BOOKING así era que ponía habitaciones que a veces no tenían disponibles. Pero si me cobraron por una habitación que no me dieron. Y le pedí solución no me la dió. Más que su número para que cuando queramos agendar sea directamente con ella.

Pros:

The location was excellent, easy access to Playa Santa Cruz. Walking distance to shopping, La Crucecita, several great restaurants are within walking distance as well. The hotel itself was always clean and the staff were pleasant. Our a/c went down one day and they put us in another room for the night and it was fixed the next day. The breakfast was good, very limited menu though and it doesn;t start until 8am, at least provide coffee a little earlier, nothing until 8am.

Cons:

Our biggest complaint would have to be with the mattress on our bed, for a hotel that is trying to sell memberships I would have expected better. Being the end of tourist season, the hotel was almost empty and being able to see other rooms, I am sure we got the smallest room in the hotel. Again, if you are trying to sell memerships, you can do better making an impression. We found it very noisy with the construction across the street, which is not the hotels fault. Also, other guests coming in at night were very disrespectfull with their noise level, again, not the hotels fault. I would have expected some english speaking staff with a name like "Canadian Resorts" I am fully aware that we are visiting a spanish speaking country and we do attempt to speak some spanish, that being said, the staff were pleasant and accomodating.

Too noisy to sleep
Pros:

location is in santa cruz

Cons:

Extremely noisy at night due to party buses, motorcycles and construction all very close by. Couldn't sleep at all. Left vs stay a 2nd night which was prepaid and not refundable. I had asked about the noise level and was assured I had a quiet room, which was certainly not the case
