Xxx
Super friendly staff. Loved the remote location but also close to Waterbury
Room was quiet and clean. Everything was very nice except the pillow felt like we were sleeping on boulders, very hard. ☺️ Other than that it was perfect.
We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were near and clean and the hotel was quiet and the staff were very nice!
The location is beautiful. The road to get to the resort is not in good shape, but okay if you’re on high alert for potholes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a village view king room. It is small, but adequate. The bathroom is small, too, with not place to keep toiletries. We did not eat in either of the restaurants. We would stay here again.
The staff was very nice. Didn't check out the amenities since they were in a separate building.
Food was good, bed was okay. Bathroom was clean but extremely small, the exhaust fan sounded like a jet engine (loud). Over all I thought the hotel was over priced for what we got.
We enjoyed the comfort of the room, cleanliness and comfortable beds. Our access to the ski lifts was spectacular. The the food at the café and the tavern was great! Awesome service! Such friendly people! Would love to stay here again when we come back!
First time at Bolton and I am very impressed. Nice cozy inn at the lifts. Place is well cared for and you can tell that whoever is running this place has things under control. There was a major water main break which is obviously a disaster but the inn was extremely responsible and communicative. Free bottled water, great signage and a letter under the door at 2am. Everyone took it in stride and we had a great day of skiing. This place has such a positive vibe. Rooms are nice, big screen tv, nice ski paintings, soft sheets, comfortable bed, hot shower.
Our room was nice and cozy and smelled nice. The shower and sink worked well. Everyone was so nice and gracious. The view was breathtaking.
Nice
The indoor pool was not available. The outdoor pool was not heated. The activity center closed too early on a Saturday at 5pm for those of us seeking family entertainment beyond dinner hours. Aside from that, the rooms were very nice and well kept. A/C worked great and so did the heating. The staff were very pleasant. On the whole, a satisfying stay at the Inn at Bolton Valley and to boot, a beautiful Vermont worthy wood and mountain view.
The resort was winding down it's season and getting ready to prepare for the ski season so not all amenities were open or available. That was not a problem for us. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Liked... Room, comfort, clean, amenities for ski resort.
Dislike... Hard pillows, distance to Stowe, parking lot is a hike.
Nice room with private balcony was nice, bar soap they provided smelled very nice. Kind of a lot of walking inside the hotel to get to the room. Pool/sauna closed at 6pm so kind of limited hours there in my opinion. Parking closest to the lodge filled up at night so had to park a bit farther. It's up on a mountain so kind of a windy and steep drive up.
Nice cozy and spacious rooms. The lounge has decent amenities and good hangout activities for young and old.
Relaxing, quiet, tucked away.
Sweet slightly retro with hidden gem aspects!
The property overall is very dated. The room was spacious and clean. But overall the property was 1980s. There was no lighting from the parking lot to hotel (200 yards) dangerous walk. The side door into building was left unlocked at night (there was no lock). Isolated location 4 miles to on access road to and from facility. This property has one purpose very convenient for skiers, not those going during off season.
