El servicio y la comodidad
Breakfast was light fruit, yogurt and tea/coffee. Simple but pleasant and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
This was described as a 5 star Boutique hotel experience, and it was not. While the hotel was safe and we had a good night's rest w/ A/C, the facilities were at most a 3 star hotel quality.
There is no elevator in the building and our room was on the 3rd floor. Could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. The room we had was a junior suite, but it was dark with not enough lighting. The bathroom was dusty, with fixtures damaged or stained, and a non functioning, old hair dryer.
The floor of our room upon arrival looked as if it had been sprayed with something and was not wiped properly as there was liquid throughout the floor of the room with a heavy, artificial lemon scent. There was not a working hairdryer and no iron. Staff was very accommodating and responsive, but again, a 5 star hotel should be better appointed and maintained. Additionally, the room description on the website stated a "private entrance", but the room was a regular room accessed through the regular door in a hallway with the rest of the rooms.

Le camere non hanno finestre, si affacciano sul corridoio interno e sono non apribili. Ho dovuto tenere acceso il condizionatore sempre per poter avere un minimo dí ricambio d’aria.

Ubicación
La llegada fue muy buena; la chica de lentes que nos atendió en el check-in fue muy amable y la ubicación del lugar es conveniente. Lamentablemente, la estancia se convirtió en una pesadilla.
Durante la madrugada (alrededor de la 1:00 a.m.) nos percatamos de una severa plaga de chinches en la habitación: salieron muchísimas, tanto pequeñas como grandes, caminando por la cama (tengo evidencia en video y fotos).
Al bajar a reportarlo para buscar una solución urgente, el señor que estaba a cargo en el turno nocturno mostró una actitud sumamente apática y poco profesional. No ofreció ni una sola disculpa, solo se limitó a decirnos que él "no podía hacer nada", que no tenía capacidad para darnos ningún comprobante ni reembolso, y que si nos queríamos ir no había problema, dejándonos a la 1:00 a.m. sin solución y pidiéndonos llamar al gerente hasta el día siguiente.
Tuvimos que abandonar el lugar en la madrugada por temas de salud e higiene. Es inaceptable que un establecimiento opere en estas condiciones de salubridad y con tan poca empatía hacia el huésped. No recomiendo para nada hospedarse aquí.
