My room did not have curtains and when I let them know they just offered me a sheet to cover the window!!

Horrible hotel very dirty and stained floors black mold in the shower and chipped shower floor shower head corroded with scaly lime and who knows what else very outdated furniture the blinds are ripping and dirty I want a refund its the worse I've ever seen this is not the standard of Holiday Inn suites express very disgusting I have pictures of all of this complaint

I called front desk about all usb ports in room not working and was told to turn on master switch which was on all the usb ports were pushed in and you couldn’t even insert the cord they did nothing will not be staying there again
