Disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

I asked for a double when I booked 4 weeks in advance, but was give a twin. A twin is useless to a solo traveller. The staff were unhelpful when I raised my issue. It felt like they did not like customers who booked through bookings.com.
The bar felt a bit more like a travel lodge than a holiday inn.

Mooie ruime kamer

Cons:

Parkeren. Op de site werd ons een parkeergarage aangeraden die we bij de receptie konden afrekenen met korting. Bij aankomst werd ons door de receptie vermeld dat zij sinds 2 weken geen contract meer hadden met de parkeergarage. Aangezien wij vooraf naar parkeergelegenheid hadden gevraagd en zij deze parkeergarage ook nog via email hadden aanbevolen. Was dit een onprettige verrassing.

Super welcoming staff and the location is perfect, in the middle of everything.
Very comfortable beds and great showers.
Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to sit if you don’t want to be in your room.

Cons:

The room was lovely; however, the bed was one of the worst I have slept in. Personally, I prefer a firm mattress - I felt like I was drowning in the one I had! (room 346)

hotel a soli 150 mt dalla stazione e comodo anche per raggiungere il centro a piedi, noi avevamo una fantastica junior suite in stile moderno con vasca e doccia tutto molto pulito e con una vista pazzesca sulla citta'.
