Comfy night sleep
Pros:

Comfy bed and pillows (and you can actually ask staff to give you another pillow types, if needed - more firm or more soft), amenities all in a great state, clean, great location

It met our expectations and was close to the station
Pros:

The room was good, large and clean and the bathroom catered for m husband's disability.
Breakfast was good with a lot of choice.
Could not get Radio 4 - it was not on the TV menu

Cons:

The dinner menu - very little choice for vegetarians and one of our party found this limiting

Excelente hotel! O colchão era mau.

A localização é óptima e o quartos muito espaçosos. Funcionário impecáveis e tudo muito bem limpo.

Cons:

O colchão! O colchão era Muito macio mesmo. Acredito que estivesse mesmo estragado. A primeira noite foi péssima. na segunda mudei para a cama ao lado que estava menos má. Secalhar tive azar. Foi o unico ponto negativo, mas um fudamental.

Sve je iznad očekivanja od dočeka do ispraćaja.soba čista prostrana udobna punjači mobilnih na puno mesta kupatilo moderno i čisto i prostrano,peškiri veliki,kuhinjca sa frižiderom, kuvalom za kafu i čaj, sa kesicama kace čaja i tople čokolade, kafe aparat nespreso sa dovoljno raznih kapsula.kreveti udobni posteljina čista i mirišljava.velik stakleni zid sa puno svetla.
Doručak klasičan ali vrlo ukusan dovoljna ponuda za sve ukuse.restoran komforan čist nov prostran sa televizorima i muzikom (british pop) sa tihih zvučnika.
Ponuda a la cart restorana vrlo pažljivo odabrana poslužen obrok ukusan i estetski na izgled, cena sasvim pristupačna.

EXCELLENT ROOM FACILITIES FOR PARTIALLY DISABLED GUESTS BUT ROOM TOO HOT
Pros:

The facilities in this room are excellent for anyone with partial disability or Disabled guests. I rate the facilities at 9/10 which is is one of the highest accessibility comfort rooms I have stayed at. The room is spacious at 300 plus sq ft. My room was very clean on arrival.

There is one thing I really noticed about this hotel. They have wide lift access width, which makes it so easy for disabled/partially disabled access. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel is very close to the coach & train station. The hotel is also right in the centre of Manchester city. A very convenient location.

Check in was smooth and quick.

Cons:

Now the bad bit. HEAT! & I MEAN HEAT! The air con is not good enough. I could only get it on the air con reading, down to 19 degree C, but it felt like an oven in there. They need to sort their air con out before I ever visit there again, which is a big issue.

Everything is great apart from being cooked in the room.

Excellent stay have booked to go back in June
Pros:

Have stayed before and we would not book anywhere else. Staff are excellent very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options not just a cooked breakfast.

Cons:

Cannot say there was anything that I did not like
