It was almost perfect.
The location. The hotel was really clean and looked great for the cost. Bathroom was great.
Not being able to access the hotel in the evening without having to wait for security to let you in. What's the point in the card system - it doesn't feel very nice standing waiting or have any sense of privacy - you should be able to come and go like other hotels.
The mattresses are horribly soft and even the firmer pillows are soft.
