Das der See vor der Haustüre lag

Das gebuchte Zimmer. Habe es gebucht weil Seesicht. Alte Türen am Kopfende der Betten als DEKO war grausam. Doppelzimmer mit einem einzigen Stuhl als Sitzgelegenheit. Bettlaken hingen bis auf den Boden. Toilettensitz war lose. Aus dem wasserhahn om Bad kam nur warmes, aber kein kaltes Wasser. Um sn den Tresor zu kommen musste man sich fast suf den Boden legen weil im unterstem Fach des Kleiderschrankes.Das alles habe ich persönlich an der Rezeption bei der Abreise moniert. Ausserdem gsb es im Bad keine Ablage für die Hygieneartikel- nur eine alte Obstkiste die seitlich aufgestellt war und an der ein Brett durchgebrochen war.
Nicht zu vergessen die Tee-und Kaffeezubereitung. Der dazu aufgestellte Tisch war viel zu klein für einen solchen Einsatz.

Komme auf alle Fälle wieder allein schon wegen der Freundlichkeit
Pros:

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett versuchen immer eine Lösung zu finden dies war beim Abendessen der Fall, immer ausgebucht ! Aber sie sagen Hotelgäste bekommen immer einen Platz !
Hut ab vor der Freundlichkeit und Professionalität im Service, das wünsche ich mir auch in Deutschland

Leider enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten Schimmel im Zimmer, daraufhin sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer. Bettwäsche war feucht. Klimaanlage defekt. Leider war die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und in der Früh kam vom einem Mann an der Rezeption nur ein sorry! Waren da schon etwas enttäuscht.
