とても満足しています。
Pros:

スタッフさんが愛想がよくて親切でよかったです。
無料ドリンクサーバーがフロントにあるのも夏だと嬉しいです。
外出はしなかったんですけど出来るのもいいですね！
部屋も清潔で掃除も行き届いてましたし、部屋にウォーターサーバーもあるのも助かりました。

Cons:

これはホテルの構造上仕方ないんですけど部屋に段差があってちょっとこけそうになりました。
もちろん大きく注意喚起もあったので意識はしましたが夜中のトイレのとき危なかったかな…

Pros:

朝食付きとの記載がありフロントに聞いたところ「そのプランには(朝食は)ついてません！」と返事があり朝食なしでした。
また、ベッド横備え付けの充電ケーブルが壊れていたので利用出来ずベッド付近にコンセントがなかったのが大変不便でした。
アースノーマットも空っぽのまま付いていたりと清掃や点検が雑。

Pros:

Location was good with an easy walk to Osaka station. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The beds were very hard. You never ended up with a room key which I haven't experienced before.
