B2 Chiang Rai Boutique & Budget Hotel

The location was absolutely perfect! Everything was at walking distance. The room was very convenient too. The installations might be a little bit old but honestly the price and the location were very much worthy! It was still a very comfortable stay

Best location and nice stay

Perfect location for us. Was disappointed in back patio area as this was not advertised as destroyed looking. This should be updated. And building materials removed. The bathroom door and French patio doors should also be replaced as they are falling apart. Space was clean and housekeeping did a great job daily.

Situato non lontano dai punti di interesse, raggiungibili in una decina di minuti a piedi. Camera spaziosa con tutto il necessario. Pulizie giornaliere. Personale gentile e disponibile. La camera è dotata di vari punti luce, direi che però ne manca una centrale un po’ più luminosa. Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Consigliato

it is quiet place and walkable to dinning area in the morning.

It was value for money but not boutique very budget walkable distance to night bizarre. We had a room that had a connecting door to the room next door very poor sound insulation ! The poor woman next door coughed all night 😩
Also if u are going to get taxi to hotel make sure they take u to the correct hotel as they have 3 B2 hotels in Chiang Rai 😉

Too Cold in the room and smelly in toilet

The room is clean. The decoration is simple but modern. The location is very good, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The laundry shop is only one minute walk away. The only things a bit undesirable are the light in the room is quite dim and the toilet sometimes has a stinky smell.

The Property needs investment & updating.
It is essentially a Backpackers Hostel.
If they want to attract the older travellers then spruce the place up.

Safe ,clean,and staffs friendly.

As a female solo traveller this hotel was very nice and comfortable. Just 15/20min walk from the bus station and less than 10mins to the beautiful clock tower. There are many restaurants, cafes and coffee shops around the area. The hotel has to buildings, I was in the second building there was a lift, room had ac, TV and hot water. No kettle but water and towels provided. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Chaing Rai. The blue temple near by on a scooter and white temple was around 20mims on scooter. There is also a school opposite very nice friendly locks area.

Located very close to the night market and clock tower.

Spacious and clean room with all required facilities, great wifi an complete silence to sleep at night. Friendly reception staff, but not very centrally located - a 10m walk from Clock Tower.

The hot water in the room did not work, it barely got warm at all. The walls are bare concrete, the bed was a strange mix of hard on the edges and sinking in in the middle, the toilet seat would only stay up if you hold it, and there was no balcony to smoke on. I would only recommend if you are looking for a budget room and don't mind being a bit uncomfortable the whole time.

Buena relación costo-servicio, cerca de templos y torre del reloj, pero las camas terrible de duras.

The hotel is in a great quiet location. The room was very clean but extemely dark. The bed was very hard. No phone in the room for reception. We would have liked slippers to be provided, a foot cover for the bed a hairdryer and more than 1 english speaking channel on the tv. That being said it was inexpensive, clean, safe, quiet and centrally located.
