Un hotel foarte frumos
Pros:

- Locația hotelului este centrală, aproape de punctele mele de interes.
- Personalul hotelului a fost amabil si ospitalier
- Micul dejun a fost destul de variat
- Camerele sunt spațioase
- Patul generos cu saltea confortabila

serviciile pot fi imbunatatite.
Pros:

Camera super ok, curata si calduroasa.
mic dejun basic, servit in alt corp de cladire.

Cons:

1. micul dejun ar putea fi mult mai variat. sala in care se servea devenea neincapatoare.
2. personalul de la receptie nu iti prezinta facilitatile hotelului doar daca intrebi.
3. parcare in curte doar contra cost. locuri putine. parcare gratuita pe strada!
4. in prima seara de cazare (ajunul anului nou) NU am avut apa la baie. etajul 3. am intrebat la receptie despre aceasta situatie si mi s-a raspuns pe un ton acru: problema orasului! este de cateva zile si nu stim cand va reveni la normal....

in mod normal ar fi trebuit sa fiu informat despre acest aspect in momentul in care m-am cazat. nu ulterior!!! nici dupa ce au intervenit cei de la booking pe care i-am sesizat telefonic nu au putut sa imi ofere un raspuns la aceasta problema. inteleg cand sunt situatii independente de proprietar, dar daca situatia era cunoscuta trebuia sa anunte inainte. TOTAL NEPROFESIONIST tratata situatia.
apa a revenit la ora 1 AM. petrecerea de revelion s-a cam dus....

מיושן, ממוקם בשכונה מוזנחת, אחת הפקידות בקבלה פשוט מזעזעת, חוצפנית, ועונה באופן לא נעים בעליל.
