Fantastic Staff! Oak at B2 Lampang - A True Problem-Solver!

เพิ่งเข้าพักที่ B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget มาค่ะ/ครับ อยากจะบอกว่าประทับใจสุดๆ กับการบริการของ น้องอ๊อก (ธวัช) พนักงานต้อนรับกะบ่าย ครับ!
ตอนเช็คอินมีปัญหาเรื่องเงินมัดจำพอดี เพราะไม่มีเงินสดติดตัวเลย น้องอ๊อกนี่แหละครับ ที่มีไหวพริบสุดๆ ช่วยจัดการแก้ปัญหาให้ทุกอย่างผ่านฉลุย แถมยังใจดีช่วยจัดห้องมุมให้ตามที่เราอยากได้อีกด้วย
คือประทับใจมากจริงๆ ที่น้องอ๊อกดูแลดี ใส่ใจลูกค้า แถมยังแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เก่งมากๆ โรงแรมนี้โชคดีที่มีพนักงานแบบนี้ ควรสนับสนุนน้องให้เต็มที่เลยครับ! ใครมาพักที่นี่แล้วเจอน้องอ๊อก รับรองว่าแฮปปี้แน่นอน! 😊

Just stayed at B2 Lampang Boutique and Budget and I have to say, I was super impressed with the service, especially from Oak (Thawat), the afternoon shift receptionist!
I had a bit of a tricky situation with the cash deposit during check-in because I didn't have any cash on me. Oak was incredibly quick-witted and helped me sort everything out smoothly. On top of that, he was super kind and managed to get me a corner room just like I wanted!
I was genuinely so impressed with how attentive he was and how well he handled a tricky situation on the spot. This hotel is really lucky to have such an amazing employee. He definitely deserves all the support! If you stay here and meet Oak, you're guaranteed to have a happy experience! 😊

A room without a view
Pros:

The hotel staff were not accommodating. We arrived 25 minutes before check in time. We couldn't check in.

500 bhat deposit is annoying when they don't even have a mini bar. What is the deposit for?

Cash only for deposit.

Room on top floor should have good views but windows covered with boards....

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Less than 10 minute by walking from the bus terminal, very close to the night market but quiet. There is a 7-11 just 2 minutes away.

Fine but not the best one

Stayed 3 nights satisfied but can't tell it was the best one in Lampang.

Hotel building seemed to be structured recently, quite modern and clean. Also room was decent and spacious. But when I first got into my room I felt that it's not in very good condition - housekeeping was little bit disappointing and I saw some dirt and spiderweb on the ceiling. If the staffs pay attention a bit more about maintaining the building, it would be much much better.

Overall it was fine staying at B2 except hundreds of mosquitoes and little far from the downtown.
In the map, it seemed to be just a step away from the main road, but it's not like that; in order to enter the building you have to walk all the way to the backstreet. In 10mins. walk far, there are several big marts and bus terminal. Around the hotel, however, there's almost nothing you can grab a bite.
And I hate myself that I ignored a review saying watch about for mosquitoes. For 3 nights I killed  about 50 mosquitoes, I have no idea where they keep passing through into the room. Maybe, it was mosquitoes' nest, I felt sorry for breaking into their home.

Hotel is one good choice for lication in lampang that is not too far from the main road and surrounding by many shoppingmall like Lotus and Central. Hotel is quiet. Staff is okay but not that willing to service much.
