Pros:

The beach view was amazing, and the beach itself was just a 1 min walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. I also loved the bathroom with its beautiful beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

the room door waThe room door was unlocked when we arrived, which was a little concerning. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited.s not locked, that was a bit strange

ไฟในห้องบางดวงไม่ติด / กลอนหน้าต่างห้องน้ำล็อคไม่ได้ และอยู่ติดกับห้องข้างๆ ที่เดินถึงกันได้ ล็อคห้องน้ำจากในห้องก็ไม่ได้ ติดเรื่องความปลอดภัยริดหน่อยครับ / ที่จอดรถอยู่ติดถนนช่วงขึ้นลงเขา ค่อนข้างอันตราย ขับกันวันไวมาก ถอยออกลำบาก

It was not clean at all… we have pursue all over our body from insect pites … and we found alot of geckos.

Cons:

Very noisy from the wind and ocean. No hot water in the shower. Getting a little run down and could do with some tidying up.

Kind and helpful staff, 24-hour reception, beautiful reception with a magical view, excellent breakfast and very nice cooks and a security person who always helped me when leaving with the car, cleanliness of the rooms excellent.

This was our second vacation in this hotel where we wanted to stay for a week, we ended up staying for 14 nights.

4* hotel with 5* views and halal breakfast
Pros:

Second time here with my wife. Super friendly staff, amazing views, only 20 steps down to one of the best beaches in Phuket, rooftop pool until 9pm, and halal breakfast.

Cons:

Would be great to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view.
