Pros:

Nice hotel with nice friendly staff and helpful , they have small gym , 2 swimming pool with sun beds, they trips corner in the recreation so u book trips need to look for it outside 👍. Great sea view and they are 5 floors , down you can sea the rocks so awesome 😃 nice beach the Surin beach 🏖️brake can swim and fish their , Good for the honey nooners for 2-3 days in my opinion 👍

Cons:

It’s on the high way so u need motorbike or taxi to go to the shops 😢 they have restaurant service only breakfast and limited choices 😢, 7/11 near holiday inn u need to take a long walk about 20 mins or by motorbike. I advice u to order from Grab for food and drinks , order items in 7/11 better and taxi 👍

The beds were very comfortable and overall the room was clean

Cons:

It's a fair walk to anything, the access to beach was difficult due to the high swells from bad weather but it was fine on normal days.
I went backside up one morning because the floor at the rear entrance to reception was wet and extremely slippery.
There was no room for clothes or luggage in the family rooms, we lived out of our suitcase

Pros:

The beach view was amazing, and the beach itself was just a 1 min walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. I also loved the bathroom with its beautiful beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

the room door waThe room door was unlocked when we arrived, which was a little concerning. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited.s not locked, that was a bit strange

ทำเลดี วิวสวย ห้องสะอาด เตียงนุ่ม มีผ้าเช็ดตัวชายหาดให้ สระว่ายน้ำดาดฟ้าสวยสะอาด เวลคัมดริ้งกดได้ตลอด มีน้ำกระเจี๊ยบ น้ำส้ม ที่อร่อยมากครับ

ไฟในห้องบางดวงไม่ติด / กลอนหน้าต่างห้องน้ำล็อคไม่ได้ และอยู่ติดกับห้องข้างๆ ที่เดินถึงกันได้ ล็อคห้องน้ำจากในห้องก็ไม่ได้ ติดเรื่องความปลอดภัยริดหน่อยครับ / ที่จอดรถอยู่ติดถนนช่วงขึ้นลงเขา ค่อนข้างอันตราย ขับกันวันไวมาก ถอยออกลำบาก

It was not clean at all… we have pursue all over our body from insect pites … and we found alot of geckos.
Also it is far from every thing
