Pros:

It's a nice clean hotel in a good location for a fair price.

Cons:

The internet was absolutely horrible, I was unable to work using the hotel internet. They upgraded my room when I complained about it the first time, but even in the new room the internet was unusable. Unfortunately this means I'll never be able to stay in this hotel again.

Service and room so nice

Stay was below average and it doesn’t match the price $200/night that we paid

My kids love the bunker bed . For us nothing.

Cons:

Corridor passage have cigarettes smell . The toilet seats is broken , we went to reception to inform instead of offering to repair/change the seats the receptionist ask if we broke it . Furniture and wall fixture is old and dust, bathroom towel is yellish too. The worst part is theres no sound proof to the wall, and the room beside us turn on the TV so loud throughout the whole night. We stay in room 322.

Pros:

Big room, towel smell nice and housekeeping, security officer very helpful and courteous.
Breakfast is not bad but not much variety. If come late, will only have leftovers, sometimes food abit salty
Hotel have spa but need to rebook as I try to walk in but full house.
Never try the rooftop cafe so cannot comment on that.
Overall a pleasant stay with family with kids.
Quiet place.

Cons:

Hotel should replace the small fridge as not not really working. I put some can drinks but not cold an it's seem warm.
Extension per hour cost 100 thousand rupiah ($10 sgd) and extended 2hrs for both rooms but on the day of check up, front office asked one room to vacate as nobody informed them that I asked for an extension for both rooms 1day in advance but after explaining, front office staff let us extend.
Front office team never communicates well.
Location wise too far from Nagoya hill mall, harbour bay. A new mall, k square mall In front of the hotel but nothing much as most shops haven't opened yet.
