Prachtig hotel met heerlijk zwembad en direct in de zandduinen. Ze regelen alles goed en leuk ook qua activiteiten en hun tentenkamp die veel verder weg ligt en prachtig is!

Excellent location with a direct view of the Sahara. Possibility to park a camper. Very clean, with a beautiful view from the upper part of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Orange trees and palm trees grow inside the hotel grounds. We rented quad bikes directly from the hotel — a fantastic adventure and unforgettable views in the area.

Habitant entre Genève 🇨🇭et Marrakech 🇲🇦. Étant déjà venue plusieurs fois à Merzouga, c’est la première fois que je suis charmée 😍 de cette manière autant par le lieu, le confort ainsi que tout le taf très chaleureux 🥰 J’y ai passé un heureux Noel 2025 🎄J’y reviendrai avec un énorme plaisir à bientôt.

Disappointing hard sell on overpriced activities.

Nice to find somewhere with a pool on the edge of the desert.

Cons:

Owner was pushy about selling all the activities but every price was 50% more than those visible elsewhere on Booking. That annoyed me so much that I cancelled our planned 2nd night and went to a different and much better camp in the dunes. The included dinner was a buffet but unlike the campsite they did not include water as part of the meal, you had to pay extra. Most places and people in the area are so friendly but this place made me feel like being squeezed for every Dinar. There's so many other better options in the area. Hospitality was lacking here.

Es war eine unvergesslich schöne Zeit sowohl in diesem charmanten Hotel als auch in dem, über das Hotel sehr gut organisiert dazugebuchte Zelt in mitten der Wüste. Der Kontakt war sehr zuvorkommend.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ein großer Pluspunkt, direkt am Wüstenrand, fußläufig in die Dünen. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, der gesamte Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet. Unser Familienzimmer lag im hinteren ruhigen Teil und war schön gestaltet.
Besonderes abends, wenn alles beleuchtet war, kam 1001 Nacht Stimmung auf.

Cons:

Das Essen wurde in Buffetform serviert. Wer hier große Ansprüche hat, wird vielleicht enttäuscht.

Het hotel zit echt tegen de Sahara aan. Als je door de poort loopt, loop je zo het zand in. Heel mooi en bijzonder.
De kamer was heel ruim en de bedden ook. Er was ook een bubbelbad in de kamer.
Het personeel was vriendelijk en niet opdringerig.
Het zwembad was fijn, daar hebben we lekker rustig gelegen. Fijn dat er bomen staan voor wat schaduw.

Cons:

Het rook wat onfris op de slaapkamer en de WiFi deed het soms op de kamer niet goed. Op andere plekken zoals het restaurant en aan het zwembad deed de WiFi het wel goed.
