The property wasn’t crowded, a pretty small and calm hotel, the room was comfy,

I recommend this small hotel with all my heart. The owner of the hotel and the staff people who work with him were beyond friendly, generous, patient and warm. Any small problem was immediately dealt with, and i have found all of them and especially the owner extremely approachable and deeply caring. I have traveled a lot, and this is NOT the kind of treatment one gets everywhere. The room is clean, the room cleaning is incredibly punctual and you return everyday to a completely fresh and super clean room and bathroom. Besides, the location is fantastic, you are literally a few minutes walk from the main Taksim Square, it is relatively very quiet, and the people that this hotel allow in are nice, quiet and friendly. It is an excellent choice to book this hotel, and i know i would again in future. (PS if you dont feel like walking, in front of the hotel there is a small restaurant owned by a very nice couple. The food is delicious, fresh and very low priced. )

This was the most terrible hotel stay we ever had. The photo looks great but misleading, also info on rooms is incorrect. We had a room in the basement that looked like a dungeon, but they don't even tell you it is in the basement when you're booking! I don't think this property should even be listed on Expedia! We had a patio door opening to some concrete ditch. The patio door didn't close properly. So I told the receptionist. About an hour later, we had a knock on the door.Some guy showed up and said "What's the problem?" with a very intimidating look and voice. I said "Excuse me?" He said "You said you had a problem with the door, so I rushed here to see what's your problem". So I showed him the door. He insisted the door was closed, even though I took pictures of the light showing thru the crack. I told him I was concerned about rats or bugs that might come thru the crack. He again denied there would not be any rats there!! Yeah, like there would not be sand on the beach!! What a joker! If I were by myself as a female or with another female, I would be scared for my life, as the guy came in with a threatening demeanor that I complained about a broken door! The area was full of sketchy foreigners and prostitutes up the street! No one bothered us but it was scary! The receptionist was nowhere to be found. Everytime we went in and out, he was hanging out with woman guests nextdoor. He was also rude. So glad it was only 2nights;We went to another hotel after, which was great!

Badezimmer schimmel,bettwäsche dreckig, toiletten deckel war noch urin (nicht von uns) als wir neu an kamen. Rezeption 23/7 unbesetzt. Gegend sehr sehr asozial und sehr viel berg auf und abs.

İki ayrı yataklı oda seçmeme rağmen tek büyük yataklı oda verdiler. Resepsiyonda çalışan eleman çok saygısız ve Türkçeyi çok az biliyor. Bizi yarım saat beklettikten sonra karşı binada bir oda verdiler . Yataklar sünger yatağı. Televizyon çalışmıyor. Kalorifer yanmıyor. kısacası berbat bir otel

За бронировал отель по интернету, оплатил по приезду, дали номер в бодруме это почти полу подвал, чисто уютно но проблема в том что в окнах есть большие сквозные щели которые продували и было в номере прохладно, завтрак не был в ключен, бар был но пустой, обычно в отелях хотя бы шоколад ставят в барах. До 3 часов ночи под окном постоянно собераются и разговаривают не дают уснуть, окна шум пропускает такое чувства как будто окон нет.

Klima ısıtmıyordu faturayı çıkarken kesmediler hala bekliyorum e maile atmalarını odada duş jeli yoktu resepsiyon 7/24 kapıda yoktu her an ulaşamadım onun dışında taksimin göbeğinde hafif rampalı temizlik olarak ehhhh denilebilecek durumdaydı

Everything was great, clean sheets, clean and large room. Building was new and so near to square. Good price for this conditions.

Room was on the 3rd floor and no elevators. Last thing you need is to climb stairs when you've been sightseeing all day. Couldn't get information from reception because there was never anyone around

Zimmer waren nicht sauber und wurden auch nicht gesäubert. Alles stank nach Zigaretten.

My stay was very good , the staff are very helpful and kind , they upgraded our room for free and gave us what we need as extra pillows and blankets, the room was big and clean . Cleaning was every day . Also they helped us every time we arrived to hotel with our bags . Thanks a lot for all of the staff.

Great host, always available to help and location very close 1-2 mins from Taksim square.

Well its not a five star hotel, its a budget hotel so for the price you pay its actually a great place. I didn’t get to meet sll the staff but I met Akif and he was great, make sure you get in cobtact with him if you choose this hotel. My only remark would be that it would be nice if they could call and ask if we need something every once in a while because sometimes you just don’t feel like askibg for something yourself.

It was a very nice hotel with new up to date rooms and very comfortable bed. They were very nice and accommodating we asked for a burner to cook on brought it right away. I went to grocerie store next door the lady told me to protect my purse from thieves around the corner and my boyfriend from Turkey was also very nervous with the location, so be careful walking in neighborhood.

Really, great value for money!! Clean, stylish and comfortable. Close to Metro and downtown.
