It’s a great place , and we would absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

Nicely laid out. The beach is your back yard. Great location.

Cons:

Parking for the guests on the road side was a bit sketchy sometimes , as you couldn’t always see the traffic coming.

Clean, great value location with beach access.
Pros:

Well equipped, good bed, very clean, access to beach were all great. All at a budget price. Location along the beachfront and a 15 minute walk to downtown.

Pros:

The view of the beach. The owner’s assistance. Little bunnies hopping around the property.

Cons:

Cleanliness. Bathroom surfaces were dirty. There was a lipstick stained glass in the kitchen. The bed was fairly clean but the side tables and dining tables were covered in dust. So were the blinds.

-Quiet
-Office does respond quickly. Though 1 of the 2 times we called the issue was not fully addressed.

Cons:

-Terrible wifi
-It could use a deep clean. On the surface it was clean, but the bathrooms particularily need a deep clean of window ledges, fixtures, corners ect
-It comes with a kitchen, but is very very basic and cooming during your stay isn’t really possible unless you pack cookware.
