Pros:

Love the hotel. Staff are wonderful, kind and accommodating. The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and had every minor detail attended to. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The feature of the room, the jacuzzi tub, we spent much of our time in and was comfortable, relaxing and a much needed reprieve to a busy and stressful week.

Lovely spot with great rooms close to all the downtown attractions.
Pros:

the room was spacious and very clean. The floors were beautiful and NO carpet! Amazing.

Mediocre. Can get better value elsewhere. I would pay more for extra amenities and a bed that I can sleep in
Pros:

Room is beautiful. The jazuzzi was lovely.

Cons:

Bed was Terrible. I mean terrible.

Everything was closed early

It took me 5 card keys before someone realized it wasn’t me it was the batteries in the lock

It’s a spa which you think nice smells. The girl working the evening shift smelled so bad I could smell her when I left my room.

Lovely Place
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds.

Cons:

I found the room a little chilly but it's possible I just didn't know how to work the heat. I also didnt call the desk to enquire about it so that's on me. Not a deal breaker, would definitely stay again!
