The fact that they wouldn't get my room checked in for me at a very serious time that was crucial for me
The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The air conditioner did not work very well. There were roaches everywhere. In general, the place was really disgusting and I’m glad I only stayed one night.

The room smelled badly of mildew, there were little insects everywhere, and the shower head was broken.

Staff at the front desk was unpleasant. The room looked nothing like what is on the website. There were holes in the wall. Broken thermostats. Booked a family suite for 5 people and the room only had two towels and no rags. Their floors were extremely dirty. There’s no broom in the room. The floors were extremely dirty. The refrigerator was barely cold. The pull out sofa was a cheap foldable futon. No hot water. The bunk beds had no blankets. Requested them from the front desk and didn’t receive them until 4 hours later. Don’t get me started on the roaches that we saw. And I definitely can’t forget about the mirror that had us jump out of our sleep. It fell off the wall. Looked at the hook and it had a faulty setup. It’s safe to say that I won’t be booking this property ever again.

I'm very disappointed that whenever I book through Booking.com there always seems to be additional steps we need to check in. It appears, that in addition to the additional steps, Booking.com also uses Biometrics.
