It was good for the price I have paid.
Pros:

It is so nearby armenian street and other attractions.

Cons:

The showerhead was not working properly. And AC even if you leave it on for whole day, it doesn’t make a difference in temp.

Good value for money, great place for longer time stay, becomes like home
Pros:

I don't like stuff hotels with too many guests and annoying elevator music. Kim Haus is very chilled, no frills, lot's of free space to lounge around, outdoor gym, funky art style, firendly helpful staff

Estaba céntrico y la cama era cómoda salvo las almohadas.
El sitio es bonito pero no le sacan partido

Cons:

La habitación huele un poco a humedad porque no tiene ventana y es muy muy pequeña. Al llegar por la noche nos dimos cuenta que el baño no olía bien.
