It is ok.
Pros:

The room was stuffy. Aircon wasnt great. Windows are fake. But pretty cool courtyard, I like it. The location of this accommodation is good, it is in the centre of Georgetown. It can be a little noisy in the day because of some machinery.

Cons:

It is not a total dislike, but it would be nice to have a less stuffy room. The vandilation is quite bad in the room. The windows are there but it is connected to the courtyard. Floor not 100% clean but it is alright.

Nothinggggg , not easy to access

Cons:

The Agoda photos show a completely different room from what was provided in reality. I was assigned a room on Level 4 while staying with my small fur baby, and there is no guest lift access to Level 4. I had to carry her and climb the staircase. Although there is a lift, it is for staff only, not for guests. This was neither stated nor explained clearly, and I honestly don’t understand how this is acceptable.

The place is beautiful.
Pros:

I got a very good room, bigger than I had even expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that someone kept on knocking my door and I just didn't know who it was or why.

i would choose Kim Haus again and again if i ever visit penang!!!
Pros:

The aesthetic was great. Great for pinterest pictures. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. All the main attractions are nearby. The hotel is clean and has the minimalist vibe which we adored.

Cons:

The stairs but if we are young backpackers, this is not THAT much of a hassle.
