No sunlight or windows in the room
Nothinggggg , not easy to access
The Agoda photos show a completely different room from what was provided in reality. I was assigned a room on Level 4 while staying with my small fur baby, and there is no guest lift access to Level 4. I had to carry her and climb the staircase. Although there is a lift, it is for staff only, not for guests. This was neither stated nor explained clearly, and I honestly don’t understand how this is acceptable.
I got a very good room, bigger than I had even expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean.
The only thing I didn't like was that someone kept on knocking my door and I just didn't know who it was or why.
The aesthetic was great. Great for pinterest pictures. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. All the main attractions are nearby. The hotel is clean and has the minimalist vibe which we adored.
The stairs but if we are young backpackers, this is not THAT much of a hassle.

The staff were friendly and the location was great. The layout is weird in a good way.

The building is is really cool, and is based in the heart of George Town. The room is snug but comfortable, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. The gym is usable, however the chest machine was basically useless.
I had a few cockroaches in my room when I entered, and they kept popping up. I did manage to deal with them and the cockroaches weren't very big, but was nervous they've been crawling on me the middle of night

The room are very well design for customer who wished to enjoy the staycation inside the hotel as its provide ambiance place for works, gym for workout , many lounges for work, reading or chilling. Even the room are excellent place to work with the set up

I didn’t like the property, only the location is ok.
No lift. Toilet very bad condition, water pressure low and very small and wet. Room smelled bad like cockroach poison. Mattress lousy and springy. Floor sticky

Great common space, excellent value for money and the best location
Nothing really. Our mattress wasn't super flat but it was manageable. Room didn't have a window and was a bit humid, something to dry the air would make it even better
