1) We booked the "panoramic" and "balcony view" room. On the first day they said your room isn't available so we have moved you into a family room. This was AWFUL. They didn't let us unpack as they said they'd move us the next day into our "panoramic" room. The next day came, they said your room isn't available so we are moving you into a normal double room. The worst and most stressful holiday experience with this pathetic hotel. The panoramic room costs more so we asked for a refund of the difference. The owner was cheeky enough to say contact expedia to get your last night free and you'll be refunded for the last night of stay - turns out the refund was only 20GBP. He didn't tell the hotel his mistake, he basically said I am giving them a complimentary night - when really the issue was he couldn't give us our room and we would have been eligible for a lot more back. Don't let these sneaky people extort.
2) Dirty - Hygiene is so important. Not here though. It is so filthy, dusty and not clean at all. They must have cleaned it once when first opening and for the pictures only.
3) Noisy - Surrounded by millions of shoe factories who smack against your wall start 6am onwards. If that isn't enough, the staff and friends chill out in a very noisy manner late night.
4) Limited transport - no Taxi will want to drop you here for some reason. So you'll have to walk at least 20 minutes before you can get a taxi.
