Pros:

Posizione molto tranquilla distante dal centro, stanze grandi, pulite e silenziose. Climatizzazione e wi-fi ok.
Avendolo utilizzato come hotel per una notte, non posso valutarlo come residence. Mi pare tuttavia ben organizzato sia come spazio che come dotazioni.
Receptionist molto gentile, personale presente fino alle 21 (poi custode notturno).
Comodo parcheggio gratuito davanti alla struttura.

Cons:

Migliorerei la colazione, a mio avviso troppo poca scelta.

Pros:

Non era una semplice camera d'albergo ma un vero e proprio appartamento, noi abbiamo scelto l'opzione hotel, pulizia perfetta, niente moquette o tappeti, parcheggio non custodito ma ampio davanti all'Hotel/residence, uso elettrodomestici cucina, un'ottima soluzione. Colazione ottima anche se non vastissima, posizione leggermente fuori centro ma vicino a un club sportivo di alto livello.

Cons:

Non permettono il soggiorno agli animali domestici, a malincuore non potrò andare ancora in questo Hotel.

Struttura facile da raggiungere ben collegata alle vie principali ed allo stesso tempo alla distanza giusta da strade ad alta densità di circolazione ,ne consegue una totale assenza di rumore, cosa chiedere più .....
