Super gastvrij verblijf op een heerlijke plek
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk & behulpzaam. Ze hebben er ook een aantal restaurants & bars bij die heel lekker en goed zijn. Vraag ook naar het secret café!

De douche was een aanfluiting

L’espace piscine est encore mieux que sur les photos
Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Bruyant quand on donne sur rue. Massage décevant par rapport au standing de l’hôtel (masseuse sur son téléphone pendant la prestation)

Back into the luxury of the 1930s
Pros:

It’s truly a boutique kind of place. It has an authentic atmosphere with a personal touch. The place is a testimony to it’s long history yet very comfortable. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood that feels like an open air museum.

Excellent hotel, definitely recommend staying here.
Pros:

A very warm welcome from reception staff as we arrived and this continued from all of the staff throughout our stay. The hotel has excellent facilities and our room was perfect.
Maria was especially very helpful.

Cons:

All good so no complaints.

Pros:

I loved the interior of the hotel, the rooms, beds very comfortable, it’s really a great place to rest and enjoy. Breakfast was delicious, also the restaurant served amazing lunch and dinner. The staff was lovely!

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the use if plastic bottles, it would be much better and more sustainable to fill up glass bottles with the filter water.

Pros:

L esthétique de l hôtel est superbe ainsi que les services proposés ( spa, institut de beaute).
Très bon restaurant ainsi que les pâtisseries sont un régal

Cons:

L emplacement au centre ville de l hôtel est un peu bruyant. Le manque de transat autour de la piscine pose problème ( seulement 4 transats pour l ensemble des clients)

Perfect as a base to explore Malang and its surroundings
Pros:

The staff were lovely and attentive, especially Lala and Reza. We had a great stay with good dinners and enjoyed spending time at the pool after a long day exploring.

The staff helped us organise breakfasts to go on days we left early and that was delicious too.

la situation dans Malang. le style ancien de l hotel. le personnel tres gentil bien qu'un peu 'jeune' et peut etre pas toujours completement formé
