temizlikle alakalı sorun vardı . lokasyon olarak iyi yerde . belki sezon olmadığı için sadece 1 personel resepsiyonda karşıladı bizi . başka kimse yoktu .

Odalar da su yok. Minibar koymuşlar ama süs olarak. Odalara 1 su koymak bu kadar zor olmamalı.

Pros:

Ailemle bir gece geçirdik. Odalar temiz görünüyor. Odada klima var. Yataklar pek rahat değildi. Gece bacağımı bir şey ısırmış. Umarım tahtakurusu değildir. Klozetlerinde ciddi sifon sıkıntısı var. Umarım düzeltirler. Birinci katta kaldık. Gece 3’e kadar bahçeden sohbet sesi geldi. Konuşanlar otel görevlileri ise lütfen gece sessiz olun. Sesiniz odalara geliyor. Rezervasyonda kahvaltı var idi. Ancak otel kahvaltımız yok dedi. Hotels.com’a ödediğimiz kahvaltılı ücret ile otelin kestiği fatura farklı. Fazla ücret ödediğimizi düşünüyorum. Hotels.com’a durumu belirten mail attım ama onun da müşteri hizmetlerine ulaşmak mesele. Mailime cevap yazan olmadı. Otelin yeri iyi. Ancak Sapanca’ya bulaşmayın derim. Doğa harikası bir göl ancak bu kadar kötü değerlendirilebilir. Bütün sahil cafelere teslim edilmiş. Klasik Türk turizmi anlayışı var. Yani müşteri velinimettir anlayışı çoktan topraklarımızı terk etmiş.
