Pros:

1、月日の経ってる高級ホテルで、建物自体古さを感じるのは仕方ないが、客室の電球切れは少し残念に思いました。

2、王様のビュッフェを1番楽しみにしてましたが、期待度が高すぎて少しギャップを感じました。特に天ぷらは2品しかなくもっと種類が欲しかったです。

子供向けの食事も有れば嬉しかってです。

3、館内は基本浴衣、スリッパでの移動はNG（チェックイン時に説明あり）でしたが、客室から浴場までの直通エレベーターがあり、そちらからの浴衣移動は可でした。（事前に説明なし。私服で浴場へ行き脱衣所で他のお客様が浴衣だったので後にわかりました）
その事は案内用紙に小さく書かれていたので気がつきません。

その他は大変満足できました。

Pros:

一度は宿泊してみたいと思っていたので、満足です。30周年という節目の時でホテルの歴史についても想像以上で、外観ももちろんですが、内装のこだわりも感じる事ができ、全てが職人の匠の技の結集を感じ取る事ができて感動しました。

高級感&親しみやすさのホテル
Pros:

年間2〜3日利用してます。お城のような外観で少し敷居が高いように感じる方も多いかと思いますが、従業員の皆さんはとても親切に笑顔で対応してくれます。部屋はもちろん館内の調度品もとても雰囲気があって満足度を高めてくれます。夕食は「王様のビュッフェ」お酒が好きな私たちは必ずワインビュッフェを利用してます。そしてお風呂もとても癒されます。価格以上の充実感を味わえるホテルです。

Pros:

お部屋は広々としてゆっくり過ごせました。
温泉も清潔感があり、ゆったりとしています。
1階と2階の温泉の雰囲気も随分異なり両方楽しめます。
お食事の王様のビュッフェはどれも美味しく頂きました。

食事と立派なお部屋
Pros:

王様のバイキング。食事が楽しい。お腹が一杯になるのがもったいないくらい、それぞれの料理が美味しい。朝のバイキングも満足。部屋は広く、洗面所とは独立したパウダールームもありました。

奢華的體驗
Pros:

外觀是一座城堡，裡面富麗堂皇真的像一座城堡，房間超級大，很舒適。還有大浴場可以讓身體得到放鬆，二樓的半露天浴場很舒適。晚飯和早飯都很好吃！很棒的一次體驗！

Pros:

綺麗でお陰様でゆっくり出来ました。
お部屋も広くて温泉もお食事も豪華でした。エステを頼みましたが夕食前にリフレッシュできました。

Pros:

リニューアルした、スパがとても素晴らしかった！
部屋は古いながらも清潔で、とても、快適でした。部屋は全室オーシャンビューらしいです。ロイヤルスイートに宿泊しました。
