hotel with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.
Pros:

We checked in with our baby and felt very welcome from the first moment. The staff were incredibly kind, played with our baby, and made us feel like we were at home.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared.
The balcony view was amazing, with a beautiful sky view that made our mornings and evenings truly relaxing.

Overall, it was a very warm and beautiful experience. I highly recommend this hotel as a budget luxury hotel with excellent service and a lovely atmosphere.

Toan var trasig och läckte vatten, toastolen var trasig. Kylskåpet fungerade inte och var mögligt, lamporna fungerar inte, kunde inte öåsa dörren när jag gick ut

Cons:

Dirty room, bed linen haven’t been changed after other costumers 🤯 used condom on the floor, mold in the fridge, everything was actually bad.

İki günlük bir dost ziyareti için gittiğim Alanya'da bu oteli hotels .com dan 2 oda ayırmıştım. Akşam 22:00 da giriş yaptığım otelde kendimi turist gibi hissettim. Recepsiyon görevlisi yabancı Anlaşana kadar biraz zaman geçti.odaya geçtim bir duş alayım dedim havlu yok. İsteyince getirdiler. Bu saate kadar yerleştirmeleri saçma.
Allah'tan oda temizdi.
Sabah kahvaltısı afiş lerindeki ,resimlerdeki görüntüyle alakası yok. Tek çeşit peynir ,siyah zeytin, kuru fasulye vardı kahvaltıda... :) kısacası vasat ötesi bir kahvaltı .

It was an emergency booking

Cons:

The room smelled terribly like people’s sweat. They wanted to charge for extra pillows, for coffee and the OPENED our room door and asked us to check out! It was 11:25 am when one of the staff members came into our room saying others guest would come at 12. Horrid breakfast and overall the hotel is in very shabby conditions. We stayed for one night and left immediately!
